Verizon Wireless - Have rated Verizon as a whole. However, your PissedCustomer service department is certainly deserving of its name.
Getting to speak with a live person like going to *** and Back. Finally spoke with polite individual and gave info regarding possible phone scam.
Call disconnect during transfer to fraud department, no call back. Had to go through entire call process again, including repeat of same info. Was transferred to fraud dept a second time, but made sure Verizon had my call back number and was assured by V of a call back if disconnected. Was disconnected a second time, no call back.
Now I own two disconnects and two no return calls.
Seems your customer service department has issues which need to be addressed. Otherwise, you will really have pissed customers.
