Had an issue accessing my account on line tonight. Called customer service.

After slogging through the automated menu for 15 minutes, I was told "We are closed."

It's 630 pm at night. You're closed???

Automated menu tells us to "use the Verizon app". HOW WOULD YOU SUGGEST I USE THE APP WHEN I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT? AND YOU CLOSE AT 6PM???

Some problems need live people to solve them.

I can't say this is bad customer service.

It is the absence of customer service. Verizon will do whatever they can to ensure that we do not speak to a live person.

Verizon, listen. THAT IS HORRIBLE SERVICE.

TERRIBLE. FIX IT!
