Last August, I was offered a good deal by a competitor of Verizon. Because I was a customer for almost twenty years, I decided to remain with Verizon although their quote was not as good. Since that time, each month I have been over billed approximately $35/mos.

I have been promised that they would correct it, the supervisor who originally quoted me promised that she personally would issue a credit each and every month.

Usually after either a ten minute phone call or an on line chat a credit would be issued and I would immediately pay my bill.

Today, after spending two hours either on a chat, or phone call. I was told by a supervisor that unless I am willing to lower my plan, they would not issue the credit. So in essence, they expect me to honor the agreement, while they do not.

There are other carriers out there. Even if it means that I might have to pay more, I will move my account even after all these years of being a loyal customer.

I hate dishonesty, and feel cheated.
