New ReviewerI made my partial payment as was agreed and made a payment arrangement, and after all when we went into the company I told them what we could afford period monthly. We were told that's all the bill would be but that's wasn't true, when the bill finally came in it was almost $100.00 more.
We said I Lee couldn't afford more than $140.00 a month total. Our bill came in at $233.00 .
So I made a payment arrangement for that bill and did what I could to lower the bill as close to the price I told them we could afford totally, the next thing I know even though I made a payment and an arrangement for the rest in just a weeks time I wa shut off . The nerve of them
User's recommendation: Ask for an itemized bill and look at it right then and there or don't go with Verizon , we are seniors who have health issues and my husband still works full time to attempt to meet the difficult times we are at as a country.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
