I have been a customer for 5 years now. This is the first time of many that I got past all the recordings to speak to a human.

We had already been to a corporate store to activate another line.

I was told by customer service that if I went to a store they would give me a Sim for the new phone. What should have been a free Sim and a $5 charge to add a line ended up costing me $85 and the phone still isn't working.

I bought my phone/ipad on February 13. Today is February 26 and I am not able to work with my new iPhone and IPad. I have only spoke two three people that have helped me. When they transfer me to additional service to complete my set up,I get on the Merry go round of follow the script and can’t help if asked to do something different. I don’t know who thinks consumers are so simple that if you have an English name you can speak English.
