Didnt do a proper background check on whoever stole my identity and charge over $3000. I need it removed from my credit report went to a Verizon wireless store.

They said they could not help because it went to collections. I have never had an account with Horizon wireless

Verizon Wireless sucks. I am an older person and I didn't want a big bill and I told the sales rep. I set up payment arrangements and they still turn my phone off and when I try to contact someone they won't let me speak to anyone stating my account is past due and I can't speak to anyone at this time. I do not like Verizon Wireless.
