I left Verizon and switched to a different carrier. In seven years Verizon has never charged my card.

I have always used the app to pay anything. As I stated earlier, Im no longer a Verizon customer but that did not stop them from charging my card $254.13 on a Holiday when I cant even get a hold of my bank. Heres where it gets even better; Verizon will only give me a refund if I pay $254.13 with another card. I have previously spoken to the financial department that I would pay off my remaining balance of a cell phone no problem because I dont want that on my credit.

I guess since Ive left Verizon they figured they would illegally charge my card without my authorization. I have Never been done this way in any financial situation.

That was wrong! My conscious would bother me if I did that to anyone.

Verizon Wireless sucks. I am an older person and I didn't want a big bill and I told the sales rep. I set up payment arrangements and they still turn my phone off and when I try to contact someone they won't let me speak to anyone stating my account is past due and I can't speak to anyone at this time. I do not like Verizon Wireless.

The people cannot speak English well enough to be understood without repeating your issue or have to ask them to repeat what they've said. They could not resolve my issues if a new phone and line being added to my plan. A phone I did not purchase,I haven't added any new lines but an being charged for them.
