its not the customer service employees, it's not being able to use my friends phone to call customer service about my missing phone and I am only asked questions about his accout without any option to speak w anyone about my account. The phone recordings are messed up and need to be easier to access a person in customer service without such hassle.

I can't talk to an actual person until its been hours of my time of waiting or the automated line not giving me the options I need. verizon customer service is the worst. Not the employees that you can eventually get ahold of.

The automated service is crap. I will be switching to T-mobile soon.

User's recommendation: just be prepared for having the worst time getting ahold of an agent possible.
