Finally achieved perfect service

I had to drive to one after another Verizon until I found Jason. I was told that I had to have a phone reservation to the Verizon but I could not call from my phone. So a freeing up a spot for fixing my phone was becoming extremely discouraging. So I went to three different Verizons. But at my fourth Verizon and with our appointment. Sim card stopped working

So I called 6 times total. And 3 out of the 6 I was hung up on. Then I finally got someone who sounded like they were gonna help and was put on hold for an hour and a half. And still got no help. Then the 5th time the guy I talked to did just what I was asking. He made sure my new sim was ordered and he did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. Then today dec. 30th my new sim arrived and I called and customer service rep. Who's name is Luis helped me he did an amazing job he did everything to get my phone working. And he put in a request to get me credit for the days I didn't get to use my phone. Some of ur employees need to learn way better communication skills.

Get another phone

Incorrect billing amount

Verizon billed almost $200 as an early termination fee where none existed. I could not get it resolved and was put on hold numerous times and then the call would drop. I sent an email to Verizon thru pissed off consumer and within 48 hours I received a call from the executive office at Verizon. All monies owed were rightfully credited. Case closed.

Broken phone

Dear Sir, I have purchased 2 Verizon phones, one for my grandson last October and one for my son several months ago. There have been no problems, the phones work well, the service is fine. The other day my son dropped his phone and broke it. Stupidly, I did not take out insurance on either phone. I will continue to make payments as that is what I agreed to at the time of purchase ( neither phone is completely paid for) I was just hoping if maybe out of good relations or the goodness of your heart, could we work something out? Solved a problem with my Apple phone

The guys in the Moorpark ca store solved my problem with my Apple phone in about 20 minutes. I previously spent about 20 phone calls to Apple support and talked to at least 8 different Apple experts over a 3 month period and they couldnt solve it. I didnt mention the phone is 3 months old. Thanks again to the guys in Moorpark

Help I received at a Verizon store in Riverhead NY

I want to compliment Kevin who worked today at the Verizon store at the traffic circle in Riverhead, NY. I am a senior who owns one of those flipper phones. I do not want a big smart phone, but do rely on my phone for staying in touch with my family or for emergencies when I am out and about. Well, my Verizon flipper was dead, but Kevin saw the problem, opened the back, jiggled the tiny battery, and voila, the phone was on. He did not try to sell my anything but did advise me about a possible upgrade with larger characters. With such a device, I would continue the prepaid plan I have now for my Verizon flipper. This message is to give a thumbs up to people like Kevin, kind, temperate, helpful, essential workers for seniors and technology.

I can Assure you that Corporate Verizon Wireless absolutely took care of me and resolved all of my issues. It seems that these stores who advertise as Verizon Wireless are "NOT" really Verizon Wireless stores, but filthy, low life, independent contractors who are the ones who lie and cheat Verizon customers and "NOT" Corporate Verizon Wireless itself. I would suggest that if anyone wants to do business with Verizon Wireless, go "Directly" to a "Corporate" Verizon Wireless store and not one of these imitation stores that pretend to be Verizon Wireless.

I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 15 years, same phone number. This company has horrible customer service and their in store reps outright lie. I went into a local Verizon store to see about getting wireless internet access. The guy at the counter says to me, ”We can provide you with internet access for $20.00 per month". They actually charged me $150 for the supposedly $20.00 per month for 15 days usage a month. The store employee flat out lied to me, he must work on commission. Other companies have MUCH better and honest representatives. Stay away from Verizon. The sales rep assured me that the amount he quoted was all I would have to pay: no hidden fees. I told him my bottom line, and he stated that I would NOT be charged more than the $20.00 per month that he quoted me. Then January rolled around, and my bill was over four times it was supposed to be. Hours of trying to “review my bill” wasn’t helpful and trying to find anyone at Verizon to help me was a waste of time, so I went down to my local Verizon Wireless store and spoke to the “Store Manager, Justin”. When you call to complain and or go to one of their store locations, these idiots can’t seem to do anything. How is that for “Service”. When I told him to cancel my service and account, he said that he couldn’t. How is that for customer service, the store manager can’t cancel your account and or service. Save yourself some future heartache and anger and listen to all these bad reviews. The good reviews I promise you are put up by Verizon employees.
