Did the November deal trade in IPhone for free upgrade was told will start after a few billing cycles 9 months later still hasnt happened they now owe me 300 dollars and still after endless phone calls no resolution. Oh and apple free music does not work

Drafted my balance due on a closed account even tho I had called 48 hours to stop the draft.

Verizon drafted my payment weeks early from the payment arrangement I had set up. This caused me to overdraw my checking account/ I had called 2 days before the draft date to stop the payment and was told it would not draft. The reason I closed my account was due to Verizon advertising 5g in my area and I upgraded phone- barely have service and never have seen 5g on my phone. Verizon informed me it is not even available in my area after I just got the advertisement in the mail. But of course Verizon will do nothing about it so I close my account for 21 years of doing business with them.

User's recommendation: Use another cellular company! Verizon is a crooked company! They lie!

Router Speeds

I have a 2.4GHz dehumidifier that I need to connect my iPhone to via Version Fios. It just will not connect. The manufacturer says that it will only operate on 2.4, but it appears that I must have a dual speed router because I have 2.4GHz devices successfully connected. I can get the device to show up under My Networks, but when I go to connect it, it says "no internet" after about 5 seconds. Will my router support both 2.4GHz and 5GHz devices simultaneously? Cannot get in touch with customer service and iPhone isn’t working on cellular data.

My iPhone is not working when using cellular data. Roaming data consistently doesn't work if not connected to Wi-Fi. I pay for unlimited data and need the phone to work at all times. Cannot get in touch with customer service for help. It is very frustrating. I need help!

Changed plan via chatting with agent and lost cell service for the weekend

Could not rectify using automated service! What a shock! Wife stranded with no cell service / GPS bet you can guess what kind of weekend I had

For Verizon to fix their web site and make the online shopping a bit easier. Not go to the local Verizon store and undergo the "pressure sales tactics" that are used by their sales staff, when you pay people by commission, that's what you get.
