Hidden charges, horrible customer service

Was charged twice this month for changing name on account. Also traded my phone in for discount on new one, now discount is removed because of name change. Have been charged a fee for turning off a line I have had for many years but never used. I have tried all channels of resolution without getting anywhere.

Denied management return call

Phone number phone service issues. No service after continuous paying bill. Still waiting for return call from upper management. Rep. Denied me from speaker ng to upper management or supervisor said could only speak to them Believe person using my service and stealing service now steak ng phone number and email along with service. Received many occasions email concerning needing info about my phone seemed to be a scam reported on the NEWS this could be a small part if the problen

They added a line to my account that I never approved. Couldn’t get my other line out of port. Promised to waive my activation fees from all the trouble I have had to deal with.

I can never talk to a customer service rep. I have never went threw so much trouble trying to get a phone to work. They like to add charges but not fix your issues.

They knew I was leaving and trying to take my number with me, so they made it hard and wouldnt get me help through customer service by and automatic message saying they have no one to help me. That was with every single different number I called, they black banded me so I hade to go into a third party location to get this sorted. The third party told me they do this a lot. Im done with getting ripped off by these huge companies. I started Mint mobile and so far I have better reception.

Had 3 emergencies over the 4th of July weekend and because of weak service and so many people in the area we were not able to call 911 or call the power company when our power went out!

A man was injured near our home on a 4 wheeler and we had 2 power outages and we were not able to call for emergency services!!

No one lets u talk to a real person any more

I just paid u two weeks ago over 300.00 dollars and just want to set up a promise to pay later since I just gave you well over 300.00 and I cant talk to any one and u wont let me do that Ive been a loyale customer for a long time u people dont care about ur customers. Ur excuse is always sorry its policy or sorry we cant help u.

I didn't get my refund.

I switched carriers, Verizon was overpaid and I was supposed to get a refund. Its been over a month and I havent received it.

Phone service is shut off.

I have talked to Verizon customer service 6 time and each promised to trun my phone on and still haven't yet.
