Claim escalation

I have tried to get my issue resolved through regular customer service representative but asurion refuses to work with me or verizon rep.

I called verizon on july 15th for cracked screen on a samsung tab s7 5e, was transferred to asurion who sent a link to file the claim , I filled out the form online and received a QR code to take to UPS store to send to service center. The service center said they could not fix so they were going to give me $248 some change.

I still owe almost $600 on the $800 device So I called Verizon wireless to let them know what was happening and what my my options were they with me on the phone called assurion and said that I need to have my device returned or replaced or or the full amount given to me for a new device after being hung up on from Assyrian multiple times bowl times and 4 hours on the phone.Verizon Representative Finally got someone to say they would send back my device with tracking number and reimburse the $108 deductible.

After waiting a week for tracking and device I called Verizon again another 4 hoursand was told that my device had "accidently been salvaged" rather than sent back. Still no word on what asurion or verizon are diing to make this right!

Our interaction with Verizon started over 10+ years ago when Verizon was customer supportive and cared about their Military and Retired Veterans. Now they don't care, all they want is Money, and charge for each and everything, Verizon used to help setup your new phone when you upgraded, now it's here call this number or here's a $5 credit to make you happy.

Verizon has lost it's use to be great customer service support down to unacceptable. That's why we switched to T-Mobile

they are both as bad , issues with both myself, tmobile just hikes fees as they cant raise rates yet due to sprint merger . both know nothing beyond there script, hang ups etc.. all common and nobody cares

I tried to redeem the loyalty program $10 monthly discount, that was text to me. I called the number and it said as extremely frustrating, because nothing worked to get the discount for being a loyal customer.

I'm disabled and on tight budget so any discounts are important. Please apply to my account?

For months my voicemail has not worked. I call, spend about 1-3 hours on the phone with them.

They promise to follow up and escalate the issue. No fixes ever work.

No follow up. No escalation.

Went to a Corporate store to buy a phone , activate it and transfer data. At appointment time I was told they no longer activate or transfer data.

25 year customer.

They told me to go to an authorized retailer to get this done for 70.00. DOVER DE store.

Need a label to ship my trade in. Didn't receive one when I got new phone

Didnt get the full packet for shipping back my trade in. Im finding it very difficult to print a stupid label to ship my phone back, very disturbing.

Should have got it from the store then no issues. Please make it easier for us to return our trades.

I hope in the future this is not an issue for anyone. Lets get the team together and make it easier for everyone.Thank You!

It is so difficult to communicate with someone that seems to care or understands what your saying and there english is up to par I am Hispanic and slow down when someone tells me they don’t

Understand I slow down and respect the other person and will make sure that I am there for them, the issue with notes that can never be found from one agent to another, the recording indicated that the call is being recorded for training purpose, apparently this does not happen I have been on calls for two hours plus and the call last this long cause the previous agent forgot to live any notes as the agent said they would do, very upsetting when I have to spend so much time on hold transferred from one department to another cause no notes, I could go on and on but would like to talk to someone

the agent will generally only leave notes that suit them as in ( for example here not saying you were or did anyting) you not co-operating thats code for not following there script or asking them a question. you refused help code for the script didnt fix your problem/issue they are outsourced many in philipines ( hear rooster ) they will lie or push you off the phone , they know nothing will happen to them.

as for the call recording its to benefit them, if you for example say you were told or promised this plan or offer or whatever and didnt get it and call and ask about it , they will claim ( 99% sure) they have " no record" , or if something proves you correct . but 100% for sure in a second they can and wll find anything that they can use against you ( hint words like stupid , dumb afre "profanity" )

Sent me wrong product, with no return label. I have to wait for label in mail, ship, wait for you to get it, wait for it to get to me.

What do I use for internet in the time Im doing all this waiting???

Ive paid for a service Im not getting and its not my fault.

When I signed up they told me after my third billing I could call in and I would get 10 percent senior discount. Thats a lie

i would file a complaint with the better business bureau and also not sure if you paid or if its in process ( order in question) but would file a dispute on charge with your bank

Total Disaster!!

Got my daughter a new phone . I have been busy on the road and never received a bill for the phone.

I purchased the phone in a local store and set everything up. A new guy apparently put a different address in to send.the bill where I dont live nor did I give him. I gave him the correct address and he used the old address on my liscence.fast forwarding I got a email about cutoff notice. I was on business so I paid 100$ on card I had handy and set payment arrangement up for remainder 84$ no biggie.

Explained my daughter was on vacation and they insured me I was good.. Im pissed because they turned the phone off!!! No one at Verizon has done there job sadly! I pay bills on time.

Cant get in touch with any customer service!

I was thinking about opening a business account with cell phones with Verizon but this experience has been *** No communication whatsoever! How u gonna turn a phone off after a payment arrangement was made and hasnt come even after paying 100$
