Very poor Customer Service!

Add me the list...extremely poor CS!!! I have tried many times to contact them and gone absolutely know where. Once upon a time you could just dial 611 for support, but not today. I tried all the ways possible to talk to live person and it is impossible to get through the myriad of obstacles put in the way designed to frustrate anyone needing assistance with their product. Need assistance

Still being charged for a service unable to use do to issues of incorrect information input done by Verizon and caused apple to lock out the phone because phone #s dont sync or match

Dishonest company

I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. My story is too long to address. But I was misled into getting a new phone for $5 a month for 24 months. Turns out, after trading in my old phone, I'm now paying $20 a month for 24 months. Made numerous calls to Verizon customer service and got different results each time with no satisfaction. Long story short, after the 24 months I'm done with them. They really are a dishonest company.

Execution

There are thousands of criminals entering the Verizon Wireless Company whom we do not want there. They are thieving their phones and using them for gross crimes. They are in Cleveland, Ohio USA and other places worldwide. We do not want them in any community. We want help in moving them to their execution.

Have tried to get phone unlocked to transfer service

Not unlocked after multiple attempts. Now on hold again for technical support. I have reset and done everything told to do, put in the new SIMS card multple times and it is not unloced. On the web says Verizon unlocks new phone after 60 days and I've had mine for two years

My main phone line gas been a $40 monthly service for 20 years, I purchased a Verizon issued Motorola that I have a SIM for thru TMobile.vsince I wasn't running my second personal phone through them I get 57 minutes on hold just to be told NO!

User's recommendation: Decline all device protection/ insurance that Verizon offers because it's literally a waste of money.

Need sim unlock code

I've been a Verizon customer for 20 years so I thought buying an used Motorola with a Verizon Stamp on the back and a message on the screen informing how simple acquiring a SIM NETWORK UNLOCK PIN will be has turned into a migraine thatz carrying over from last week. If I could just speak to an actual living breathing human being that was born in this country I may be alright. If not thenvi can't accept that kind of service.

Nonexistent customer support

I have been with this company for 18 years. For the first 10, they were the best. Then everything changed. Customer support went to zero, they charge you for EVERYTHING. You can't get ANYONE on the phone. I am currently passing the 1 hour on hold for an agent(approx. wait time 8 minutes). This happens EVERY TIME I call. Most of the time, you wait FOREVER, then the system hangs up on you. I have had it, I am going to another carrier TODAY!!!

User's recommendation: DO NOT CHOOSE VERIZON, unless you have a LOT of free time and very deep pockets.

Put a hold on my wifi box

I would like to put a hold on my wifi for awhile and change my pin to my account so that no one can get into my account.
