Philanthropic project/ help I can’t reach billing. How can I do that without

Setting up a phone donation for the survivors of domestic abuse and looking at companies to partner. for example, If I have a phones(s) im looking to donate to these individuals, I'd like to pay to have the phone reset and paid for a month or two. Also I need to pay my bill!!! Will try automatically: My debit card is reinstated I completely forgot it had expired and didnt change my account in time for billing the last few months!!! I just need to know how to make a payment by phone without having phone access or web: Can someone help!? Thanks everyone! Sara silver

I am getting multiple fund raising texts from politicians. How do I block them

None of the listed customer service numbers were answered. Chat system did not function. 10 years ago customer service was excellent. Today they do not want customer interaction. When will tech companies learn there is a lot more to keeping customers than their software and hardware. Is there anybody there Verizon?

As I am using one handset I never received the another one but the company is charging for two device inspite I am using only one device don’t know how they add second device I lodged many complaints

I asked the executive kindly verify where the second device has been delivered and on which address who has been recieved and by which courier whats the imei but till no update and unusually charging in my account for two device. This is rediculus

User's recommendation: Customer service is very bad keep on hold like for two to three hrs.

I want to change my phone number with a new area code....should be quite easy but you people make it easy to not be happy satisfied or happy.

Being able to easily change my area code and phone number. There's a lot of competition out there. It would be nice to be able to complete a very simple and reasonable task without any angst. 401 829-****

TechCoach Service

Called to get voicemail issue resolved. First thing they ask about is do I have home device protection. NOTHING TO DO WITH VOICEMAIL. Why would I want to pay you more money, when the service I'm paying for already doesn't work?

No customer service for promised monthly broken

I was charged $200+ then $97 now $87 + after trying to reduce bill . I was Promised $67 a month total for unlimited calls text and internet . Promise broken! I am furious for 1 phone. Thank This is deceptive and outrageous. Now it is impossible to reach a human representative to resolve this issue.

Dispute bill. Awful service

I was promised a set monthly charge . Deceptive practices! $200+ charge for a month. Then $90. Promised no problems for $67 a month. Instead I am warned it is $87. Not good accounting for 1 line ! Broken promises. I must look for a reasonable company that is not out to overcharge senior citizens and former teachers with no millions on hand to pay greedy companies.

Reconnect my service

I cant reconnect at all and customer service never answers the automation is evasive and always says try back later its been two weeks of trying to reconnect and I cannot get my account unsuspended it makes me mad I paid for more gigs of data and the month expired before I could use any of it

Had Verizon for very many year.canceled my service. The worst ever. Trying to pay my last bill and I have paid keep getting a bill same amount and try to keep calling cant speak to someone I can understand never ever Verizon they absolutely SUCK
