Input on 5G

It is extremely irresponsible of Verizon to place 5G towers close to airports! The safety of airline passengers is of utmost importance & interference could make the difference between life & death. There are endless locations to place the 5G towers WITHOUT endangering the lives of airline passengers! I expect more from Verizon!

FRAUD AND HACKING ON MY ACCOUNT??????

For HOURS I have been screwing with the CS people on Chat. The voice support doesn;t even work. CALL ME FOR CHRISTS SAKE... YOIU HAVE SOME SERIOUS SERVER AND SECURITY/PRIVACY ISSUES. LOOK MY NAME UP ON WIKI. CALL ME. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER EVER EVER.... AND ... YOU KNOW YOUR REPUTATION. CALL: 727 393 **** MY LANDLINE SINCE THE VERIZON WIRELESS PHONE IS UNRELIABLE. CALL ME!!!!!!! I should NOT have to beg to have working service. Winn (69.5 years old and royally *** pissed off)

Prices go up customer service goes down

Calling the stores are a jokethey give you a number for customer loyalty only to be on hold for an hour or more only to get disconnected.knowing they have your phone numberand no call back only to start all over again. They dont respect that my time is valuable or god forbid you have a job where you cant stay on hold for that long. They nickel and dime you for everything imaginable yet your rates only go up. We should get paid hourly for being on hold! Good (not great) customer service is a thing of the past!

Text chatting for 3 hrs to get Apple Watch onto cell bill and also to to change payment method.

3 hrs of text chatting with Verizon solved NONE of my problems. I asked several times to actually speak to a person but to no avail. Then I find out T Mobile is better and less expensive. Very disheartening that a company is not easily accessible by voice.

Untrained customer service representitive

I receive an email on 01/17/22 that a payment for a new phone made with my credit card made on 12/17/21 did not go through and to call to make a payment by 12/31/21! I called and after an hour and a half with a representative, she could not manage to take the payment, but she managed to cancel my order and delay it for over a month! She passed me to her manager after I told her I was tired and could not talk anymore, because I was home sick with COVID and he suggested I walked into a retailer! I told him I was still contagious and suggested to go once I was fine, which brought me back to get the phone with a month delay!

They are thieves! I even had them for 15-20 years. They do not care about you as a customer!!! They will drop you in a heartbeat even though youve been a loyal customer, with multiple lines, always paying on time, for 2 decades. Then told me it was within their right...

Overcharged and unable to contact customer service

Its more with what DIDNT happen with you guys. So aggravated for 5 months now. And your customer service department never answers. Multiple calls attempted for months.

User's recommendation: Don’t sign up for your services. And if they do, check to make sure they’re not billing you for months after the account is closed.

I cannot get to talk to anyone.

I cannot get any answers to my questions. Please give me on good reason to continue with Verizon. I have spent the last 2 hours trying to get to talk to someone there. Either on line or by phone. This is all crazy. If you people cannot let me talk to anyone How am I supposed to have confidence in anything you offer. This is craziest at its finest.
