Know when your We were charged for the entire month after we switched carriers on the 12th of the month We played 2 carriers for the same month.

User's recommendation: Know when your payment date is and change carrier as close as you can to that date.

the agent will generally only leave notes that suit them as in ( for example here not saying you were or did anyting) you not co-operating thats code for not following there script or asking them a question. you refused help code for the script didnt fix your problem/issue they are outsourced many in philipines ( hear rooster ) they will lie or push you off the phone , they know nothing will happen to them.

as for the call recording its to benefit them, if you for example say you were told or promised this plan or offer or whatever and didnt get it and call and ask about it , they will claim ( 99% sure) they have " no record" , or if something proves you correct . but 100% for sure in a second they can and wll find anything that they can use against you ( hint words like stupid , dumb afre "profanity" )

When you have a problem no one answer the phone..

On Aug 03 2022 I try 10 time to speak to some one because I was charge too much but I couldnt get no one , the phone keep going around in circles and hand up.. to call back for hours I try back and back nothing..Finaly I make a decision to get another company.no thank you Verizon

Since 5g. Our coverage is worse. Terribly signal in my area. Cannot stress importance of bad signal in my area of milford. Delaware

When you need to speak with a live agent dumb how the have a system that cuts you off and not connect you to customer services, The money we pay for Verizon service there should never be a delay in speaking with a live agent.

there script "agents" are mostly outsourced ( not all) who know nothing beyond the script ( alledged troubleshooting). other than that they will do nothing

Unauthorized use of your service

Someone has a cord attached to the verizon box and getting free service. I dont believe verizon would do this.

To check closed account

I called to check for a refund since i switched to another carrier after I paid my bill. Verizon would not work with me. I had been a customer for over 15 years. They had worked with me in the past and I never really had any phone or service interruptions even after i moved to the country. But they just would not work with me.

would depend on when you switched during your billing cycle if you changed after you renewed for month or during the month after payment ( due date) they may or may not prorate. if you change service or plan etc... do it close to the end of your billing cycle

Corporate store would sell me a phone but not activate it or transfer data.

Went to a Corporate store to buy a phone , activate it and transfer data. At appointment time I was told they no longer activate or transfer data. 25 year customer. They told me to go to an authorized retailer to get this done for 70.00. DOVER DE store.

Over charged

Paid my bill through Verizon store machine said payment didnt go through try again ended up double charging me.because I have to submit an expense report called for refund so new bill would be correct said it would take 15 days after 19 days still no refund called again now they said it would take another 25 days to get refund

Need to speak to a person in Tech support post paid account services

My post paid account was closed by unauthorized person, need to get to my cloud account 10 yrs of my stuff. Can I please talk to some one in tech support post paid about this issue . when I call it sends me directly to prepaid customer service who can not help me. Ive been trying to take care of this for a couple of yrs now!! Please help

your best option is to file a complaint with the better business bureau nobody at verizon unless you find a rare one will help, beyond there script off non answers and hang ups
