I live in Danville Illinois went to Verizon on 3546 n vermilion st on Wednesday March 17 the manager her name is Lexi Holder told me I could pay 200.00 of my bill that day and it would be ok because I wasnt even behind and Verizon give u lead way we also discussed going to unlimited on both phones she said I would have to pay off my ipad first I asked how much she told me 271.00 dollars she also said that she would wave the reconnect charges if I went to unlimited on the 19 we were heading out of town we received a message from Verizon r service had been interrupted because the 85.00 was not of.I called talked to Precious in the finance department told her what the manager had told me she waved the activation fee and restored r service Today March 20 went back to the North Vermilion store to pay the 85.00 that I Owed and to pay the iPad off when I got there she was not in young man took my payment of 85.00 she came in asked me what was going on I told her they interrupted my services after what she had told me she said she never said that I misunderstood her I no what she said told the young man I wanted to pay off my ipad she told me 271.00 he looked it up told me I owed 500.00 and some odd dollars I told her u said I only owed 271.00 she said I told you with a trade in she never said anything about a trade in why would I want another ipad if I wanted to go to unlimited she the one that told me I would have to pay the iPad off first I have been with Verizon for along while Poor business if u ask me lies then she says if u r switching both phones she not sure about the activation fees why would I only switch 1 phone *** poor management I will never go back to that store and another cell phone company is looking a lot better I dont like to be lied too I would like to receive a phone call about this
