Verizon suddenly calls me after 13 years of continuous service. The IVR automated system indicates that I have missed a payment arrangement.
I never made the payment arrangement to pay on 6/12/2018. I had made an arrangement to pay on 6/25/2018. Now they plan to cut off my service within 24 hours. The payment arrangement on the 12th was never made and did not have my stored payment account information utilized.
This is further proof that I did not make the arrangement for the 12th. They eould not make the correction without charging the $7.00 fee. The supervisor was equally nasty about the $7.00 fee.
I advise them that they had effectively bought my services to spend several hours using social media to erode their company name. They effectively took the position that their system could not be in error.
