I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S9 and tired to return it 4 days after to Verizon and they wouldn't take it. The video call wasn't working, the notifications weren't working, the phone was over heating, I had to charge it about 3 times per day.

I've been calling for months and tech support has been telling me I have a defective phone and they can't fix it..bu refused to give me a new phone.

My hand is now burnt because it over heated while I was holding it. I have talked to Verizon a ton of times as well as visited the stores and no one will help me.

The agents in the store will not even hold my phone because it was too hot! Tech support remoted in many times and said they can't fix it.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $900.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Run around when they gave me a defective phone.
