I have been charged for two ipads that were cut off at the store and the employees did not turn them off , I have had to pay two months bills . that I should have not had to pay .

I also wanted to go back to Verizon cell phones after switching to Spectrum however , I cannot get NO ONE to help me switch back so I guess you do not need my business .

I cannot believe I spent two hours in your store to cut off two ipads and it did not get done , then I called two other verizon people on the phone who were suppose to cut off the ipads and they did not turn them off either so you kept on charging me when they were not in use . This is about the worst customer service I have ever seen .

I have never been so disappointed in my life with Verizon
