I have been a loyal customer for 18 years and have probably been responsible for over 30 people switching to Verizon. But in the last few years, more and more problems have arisen.
Now I am dealing with two issues - my 91 year old mother's phone and my son's phone and customer service is of no help. With regard to my mother, two customer service reps have made promises and neither has been fulfilled.
They want my son to send back his "new" phone which is frozen but no one can tell us how to wipe the info off of the phone and set it to Factory Mode. I have paid more and stayed with Verizon for 22 years because of their good customer service but I am having nothing but problems now and nothing is being done!
User's recommendation: I cannot now recommend Verizon until they take care of these problems.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
