Called Verizon last week told the rep for the last 4 months my service is breaking up in my home and outside my house, the rep looked at the problem said Verizon upgraded the street to 5G and we need to go to the Verizon store change out SIM card, went there they said our phones not capable for 5G , we need to buy 4 new phones sign another contract, o said no ! Called Verizon yesterday spoke to another guy had me going through settings which I did few days before!

While on call he told me I was breaking up ! No really!!! So sends me to tech support told them every thing they send me to network dept they put my phone on WiFi calling change settings and couldnt do anything else! Today same problem on a call breaking up choppy cutting in and out!

So now what do I do ! Think go to another provider get out my contact pay a lot money and not getting anything for it !
