I have been with Verizon for around 10 years. I wanted to adjust my budget for the year and found a new company with a better offer for phone usage.
Not only did Verizon continue to drop all my calls to the new phone company.
They are making it really difficult to switch carriers, but shut off my phone so that I couldn't call anyone. Then turn around and charged me for two more months, after I had switched carriers. Today I tried to correct the over charges, an they tagged my number so that the calls began being dropped again, so that I cannot talk to customer support. So now I cannot find an email address to even email them.
And they want you to pay a dollar to use their chat line. Big NO on that!
So next on the list is to drive to a Verizon Store.
Great Service right.
Never again will I give them my business.
