I ordered a new phone Dec.15,2021 in Jefferson City Tennessee. I was told it would be in on the 17th.

I called them on the 21st and it still hadnt arrived according to the sales person. In reality it had arrived and was sold to another customer. I called back again and told them I was moving to Ohio and cancel the order. One in Ohio, I went to another verizon store.

They told me I was being charged for the phone I did not recieve. No one seems yto be able to remove the charge from my bill. In the meanwhile they will not honor the original $400 discount I was offered in December and will not sell me another phone until the $16 charge is avoid further issues with billing???? Its crazy!

Ie been with Verizon since 1999.

This is crazy! High tech cannot remove a reoccuring charge put on by an authorized Vereizon store???

User's recommendation: Find another company. Verizon doesnt care about longstanding customers and cant take a simple charge off a bill.

Preferred solution: Re-occurring charge off my bill so I can get a new phone..

Verizon Wireless Cons: Worst customer service for cellphone company, Being ripped off after being a customer for a long time.
