IVE BEEN WITH VERIZON FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR NOW. THE SERVICE ASPECT IS GOOD, AS FAR AS BEING ABLE TO USE MY PHONE IN MOST PLACES.

HOWEVER, I'M A BUSINESS OWNER, AND MY PHONE WHICH HAS BEEN IN A CASE SINCE DAY 1, THE SCREEN JUST COMPLETELY BLACKED OUT AND CAN'T DO ANYTHING. I WENT TO A VERIZON STORE ON ALBERT PIKE IN HOT SPRINGS ARKANSAS AND THEY TOLD ME TO GO THE CORPORATE STORE ON CENTRAL AVENUE IN HOT SPRINGS. MY PHONE IS UNDER WARRANTY, SO THIS IS NOT AN INSURANCE ISSUE. I MUST HAVE A PHONE FOR MY BUSINESS AT ALL TIMES.

THERES NO QUESTION ABOUT IT. THE MANAGER, HANNAH, WHICH IM SURE IS JUST DOING HER JOB TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO BUT WAIT ON A PHONE TO COME BY MAIL. SO I'M SUPPOSED JUST SHUT DOWN MY BUSINESS AND LOSE MONEY FOR TWO DAYS?????? CAN YALL SHUT YOUR BUSINESS DOWN FOR TWO DAYS???

I REALLY JUST EXPECTED A LOANER PHONE, SOMETHING TO USE WHERE I COULD CONTINUE BUSINESS.. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED LIKE THIS!! I PAY MY PHONE BILL ( OVERPRICED PHONE BILL) , I HAVE EVERY TYPE OF INSURANCE ON MY PHONE, AND I CAN'T EVEN GET A LOANER PHONE OR A REPLACEMENT RIGHT THEN AND THERE?? DO YOU REALIZE YOUR COSTING ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS???

THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE AND I'M HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED IN VERIZON AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SOMEONE NEEDS TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE THAT WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS, YOU WOULD NOT HAVE A BUSINESS. YOU NEED TO FIGURE THIS OUT FOR CUSTOMERS WHO CANNOT AFFORD TO BE WITHOUT A PHONE!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS NO FAULT OF MINE.

IT WAS THE GOOGLE PIXLE THAT WENT OUT FOR NO REASON!!

I'M HIGHLY DISSATISFIED AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO USE A DIFFERENT PHONE COMPANY BECAUSE VERIZON DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! YOUR GETTING ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANNOT CHOOSE 0!!!
