My bank has confirmed transfer of funds has been made to Verizon and yet my services have been suspended for non-payment!!!! Of course you can get no help using the numbers or the "chat" I am LIVID

Poor. First - I tried to delete insurance coverage on my phone. Didn't work. Called with a considerable wait time. He eliminated the insurance from Verizon Protect. Receive my next bill & receive a charge from Verizon Mobile Protect for $28. Never requested. Waiting on the phone 1 hour for assistance and no one has answered yet.

Transferring from another carrier to verizon

I have called Verizon trying to transfer a business cell phone from ATT to a personal account at least 4 times. A Verizon representative said I can help you and he started the process. I ask the agent several times if we get disconnected please call me back. He assured me he would. He placed me on hold to start the process, about 20 minutes in a Verizon voice message comes on, press 1 for etc., 2 for etc., etc. This is the next day, still no call from Verizon. I spent 1 whole day trying to get the transfer done, waiting on line for a agent to no avail. I am so frustrated with trying to talk with a LIVE Verizon agent that I have decided to become an AT&T customer.

Every month right after my service renews, I get text messages stating the Verizon name an offering that you have won this TV or phone and I am truly sick of receiving these!!!! They have to be through you some how because I block them every time yet there they are again each freaking month do something about this since you claim they are not associated with you!! End this continuous assault on me or I will switch to another provider

No way to resolve an issue by speaking with a human in under 48 hours.

I've been trying to pay my bill over the phone, as I've been doing for twenty years, but the system won't accept it. I've tried calling several different phone numbers but I always get the same recorded message and then dumped on hold.

I put the phone on speaker and set it down, after 45 minutes to 75 minutes on hold I hang up and try a different number. Then the vicious cycle, once again, begins and ends in similar fashion. I finally reached and selected the option to receive a call back, there's only one catch, the soonest I could choose to receive the call back is two days from now. What has happened to customer service?

You'd think they'd prioritize and motivate their team to remedy any issues keeping them from receiving payments before anything else! Come on Verizon, step up your customer service game!

Poor Customer Service

Verizon Business has had poor customer service for the last year. As a family, we have been with them for over 20 years. In the last two weeks, we have contacted them numerous times and have received subpar service. A customer service rep scheduled a call back with me on 12/3 and I have yet to hear back. I have a rep assigned to our business account and they have yet to call me and numerous calls have been placed to them. Their quality of service, whether it be 5G or customer service is lacking and deplorable. I plan to take my business elsewhere and encourage you to reconsider doing business with them.

Charges $2800 in 4 months due to data billing Glitches

I have been a customer w verizon for 11 years and consistently use avg. 20gb and signed a contract originally for $109 a month, however this year they began randomly auto-drafting my acct cor $800, $641, $574, $240 and more!!! Way way way over a minimum, i tried calling thier Exec team and only get bunk 1800 #s I spent 8 hrs on hold and reps who cannot approve more than 250 in credit so 7 months later im still trying to get someone to make a legal ethical correction and either credit my bill for the next 3 years of service ive been charged for or return my 2600 dollars, they are becoming as broken and feckless and bureaucratic as chase and company. Broken leadership feckless execs who are likely greedy *** Id love to but them out one day and settle all the federal law suits against them. Its either intentional or negligent fraud with intent due to profits, just like Jamie Dimons 4 felony convictions.

Still don't have the return boxes

I have called many, many times about the boxes to return the old phones, so that I can be properly credit on my Account for my new phones. I did not know that the peoples at Verizon lies so much oh we send them nothing yet........since Dec 18th I am trading in my Samsung Galaxy smartphone S9 for the Samsung Galaxy S21+ and I am still having a problem I hope that my Account be properly Credit !!!!
