User's recommendation: Live agent’s are a better quality of service. AI is too stupid and are inefficient!! Unable to rate service before talking with an agent.

I have and old grandfathered in plan on Verizon which gives me 900 talk minutes I have 5 friends and family that I can talk all I want. Also have Verizon mobile to mobile talk all I want. But for some reason a Tech issue they have been chagrining me for every min the last 3 billing cycles I have talked to customer service 2 times to fix the problem. Now they say I owe $1005.28 over my real bill and have turned off my phone. And will not connect me to a real person, Please Help!!!

I need help !!!!!!!
I got a new refurbished iPhone 11max today and downloaded all my material and had help by an agent all the way, and an hour after giving my new phone time to download I was missing pictures and new things were added and the games I had on my old phone was deleted completely and Im still going to be charged fees from APPLE for items I dont even have. I need to get registered
I got my new phone today and downloaded all my information from my iPhone pro and everything looked good after I waited an hour to make sure everything was okay. But I couldnt sign in , or call my contacts it just kept Ed saying my new phone wasnt registered !!!!!!! I called VERIZON 3 times and got put on hold 3 times I held on for 10-15 minutes each time but never got any support to help me !! So I have a new phone and cant call or text anyone and I am pissed off , BENNY TAYLOR

Terrible customer service
I am on the automatic payment plan. My payment isn't even due yet, but when I tried to make calls today, it says that there is no money on my account! Automatic payment and not even due for a couple of days. I'm 66 years old and my car broke down... in a friggin snow storm! I couldn't call out, but after many attempts, the phone rings and it's verizon. I told him that I was in my car in the snow... he asks if I can call from the landline. Uh... sorry, no landline in my car. He asked that three more times in the conversation. Half an hour later of going around and around, giving him my number several times... he just gave up and hung up on me. Had to walk home in a snow storm just to get help. Halfway there, my phone "magically" works. Tried to call and complain, there's another hour going through menus. Never did get an actual person to speak with. And to think... I'm paying for this phone time for a screwed up service. Next month... I'm going to find a more reliable company.

My only complaint is the title of your customer service, Pissed Customer. I think its inappropriate and unprofessional language. It is also poor modeling to younger customers to think thats okay language to express a concern. Most customers are probably not angry but merely, concerned. Fraudulent calls
Problems with security, fraud, suspicious infiltrations into phone and bank account and improper billing, allowed by Verizon wireless, and after numerous attempt to report security issues I got stuck with useless iPhone 8, 2018, no response, resolution, just a $528 Bill now in collections

My mother has died and I cannot reach a live person to check on cancelling her account. I just got a statement she paid again after she died and I really need to follow this up. There ought to be a way to reach someone to report a death! Ive wasted a lot of time trying everything I know to get through.

Screen protector delaminatiom
On 3/10/21 I upgraded to an iPhone SE and bought a screen protector for $49.99, which was installed at the Verizon store. Two weeks later, the bottom right corner of the screen had delaminated. The store wouldnt replace the screen protector, but offered to give me one that I could replace myself. I called Customer Service and was told that the Stores decision was final. Thats just plain cheap. I expect better from Verizon.
