Turn on my WiFi ASAP

You did finally turn on the WIFI and the TV after a several months pause while I was away. However, I am not getting all of the TV channels I am paying for and there is no way to speak to a human being. Can you provide a number to speak to a person?

I need live people to talk to! Im being over charge on my monthly payment! 186.00 and 145.00 a month ! I only pay 80 a month on my t mobile acc . I was told its 70 a month or less ! This is not a good deal I was told

Lie after lie

I was contacted today and am now being told the reason my service is bad is that I'm in a low service area. On the map it shows me in dark red. That was never brought up to me before I was told to swap my Sim card and then lied too by store employees that I couldn't even do that without upgrading my phone. I have explained to them multiple times the service is getting worse and worse, and it's everyone in my neighborhood not just me. I'm not going to just accept I was lied too and let them charge me $1,300 for a phone I didn't even need and continue with no service at my house.

Very unhappy customer

Can't access my account to pay bill wtf

I can't log into my email atm, because my phone is off. I can't access my text messages because my phone is off. I also don't understand how my passcode changes and doesn't work one min, but does the next? Im just trying to get into my account to get my account information. I do not get paper bills in the mail. Headaches and heartbreak. Never do business with Verizon Wireless. Lies, scams and more lies. No American agents, price not as advertised, sneaky ways of getting you to purchase add ons and other items only for the update to be more than what's listed.

Fed up with verizon

I call the main line to speak to live agent and get no other option than live chat. What a piece of crap that is should shut it down does nothing. Every place you call get same it is like a merry go round. I bought a new phone not happy keep trying to access my account get the code for security and there's no place to enter in on the web page the amount of the bill is incorrect. This

Two Issues

1. Phone trade-in denied because it took too long to get my phone unlocked. 2. The automated service 800 number and chat lines do not allow you access if you do not have your Verizon Pin# and you lose the phone call. The auto chat ended in the same result. Technology is great until you need to speak with an actual person and Verizon is failing in that regard regard.
