Unwanted Verizon related text message

I have received this month and last month a VSN free message stating that my Verizon Bill has been paid and if I go the provided link I will receive a free gift! The phone number is 972-904-**** in Grand Prairie, Tx. I called and Victor Mendoza answered. I referred to the text message I received from him and he hung up on me. Please have someone with authority stop this!

Customer Service SUCKS!!!!

It is impossible to get in touch with Verizon. 2 hour hold times and when you download their app (as they instruct you to) so that you can schedule a call it doesn't work. We moved one line of service over to them in, I'm sending the phone back. This is crap. Why do business with a company that makes it impossible to talk to someone? No thanks.

Dropped calls

I have been having dropped calls for several weeks now, I feel that it is my lifeline, I am a senior citizen. I have been with Verizon for almost 20 years and if this continues I will change to another service.

We got a cell phone, Rep said service where we live, we never made 1 phone call, NO SERVICE IN OUR AREA, we returned the phone 3 days later & still getting billed 772-299-**** Please call to get this settled, they are threatening collections 321-704-**** I have called serveral times, telling me it has been taken care of, the last phone call was to your Rep Jennifer Chapman from Georgia, on phone for over an hour, said she wrote it all up, but it had to be escalated and here we are ANOTHER 14 days later and ANOTHER collections letter. I have screenshot this page as documentation. Please take care of this. Thank you, Linda S Newberry

Waited too long to get customer Service

What does someone do when her 90 year old mother has her phone stolen and you can only get half of her phone info by doing detective work because your mother has dementia and cant remember passwords, her email is cancelled, her home phone is cancelled. I am the POA but I cant get anyone on the phone to cancel her phone or get a new one that is easy to operate because I dont have her Pin . I have been on hold for 45 minutes and I have no access to get this taken care of. I pay her bill every month with the pay my bill login but I cant cancel this phone or get in by using my own information. I need help and I have none. Meanwhile someone can be using her phone

Preferred solution: Cancel her phone, I need to keep the phone number and I need a very simple flip phone that she can operate. Also I need to check her bill to see if the phone has been used in the last 3 days

# 309403**** has been an issue since he never received his phone. This was suppose to be a new phone change from us cellular to Verizon bi t it has been nothing but issues....

Never received a phone because address was incorrect and service to speak with anyone has been difficult. Not enough help and have to make an appointment a week later.
