Poor customer on service

Verizon was very good, I realize COVID has created challenges but the last 4 times I have communicated with them I either couldn't get the question answered or my wait time was almost an hour long so I gave up., Very disappointed.

Payment Problem

Theres a problem with the auto payment I set up from my checking account and Verizon sent me a message that it wasnt paid. Please, how can I speak to a representative?

Unwanted Verizon related text message

I have received this month and last month a VSN free message stating that my Verizon Bill has been paid and if I go the provided link I will receive a free gift! The phone number is 972-904-**** in Grand Prairie, Tx. I called and Victor Mendoza answered. I referred to the text message I received from him and he hung up on me. Please have someone with authority stop this!

Sold a watch that was inferior to the one I had and they will not exchange.

Went to corporate store to get new phones for wife and me. Said they had deal on watches. I explained my Apple Watch had saved my life with ECG app. We were sold SE watches in Oct. I have been back to store many times since and no one seemed to know why I could not get ECG. Finally this week talked to tech at Apple and he said that watch cant have that app. They said they would gladly exchange if I bought at Apple. Went back to Verizon store no exchange, past 30 days. Now all seem to know limitations of the SE watch. I want Verizon to authorize an exchange. Been customer for 20 + years.

Complaint, I can send you a screen shot

Can send a screen shot of what you get to when you try to go to the site where you are supposed to win a 65 inch tv because when you try to get to it; it comes up as not found unreachable!!! This came to my phone right after purchase of a months service through Straight Talk\Verizon wireless. They come as a text every month and claim at the top to be Verizon affiliated. So you really need to do something about this it is very disruptive, and really quite annoying I block them each month an each month they are right back texting me with this crap

Horrible experience

Upgraded my phone... new out if box phone htf as dead pixels... taking more than 1 week and had to oay almost $200 to have a new replacement phone shipped to me.

Annoyed

Received my bill and called. 1st guy said hed call me back. No call 2nd girl said shed send a confirmation on my new pricing. Never did 3rd girl said she was sending confirmation rt after we hung up. Never did 4th girl said She would help me cancel my phone since I wasnt happy with it. Talked over me and barely understood english and then said that the supervisor had my info and was going to look into it but would (could) not provide me with that person so i could verify. And guess what- theyll send me a email. Never have i had such a hard time with these people as I have now. Its poor customer service and frustrating to go through so many people and have nothing completed.

Poor Customer Service

This Company must think it's ATT. Their service level has dropped to zero. Over the last 3 days, I have spent more than 2 hours waiting in ques. Still have not been given the opportunity to talk to a human being.

User's recommendation: If you value your time, go to a Company store and push the effort back on the company.
