Wait time was like one hour 20 minutes and I hung up. Just to call back and them to say sorry but we are closed.

Called to get new service . But needed to carry over my number from straight talk. Already had the 4 digit pin and wait 1 hour and 20 minutes until I hung up and called right back just to hear a recording saying sorry we are closed.

No customer help. Can't speak to real person

Can't get a hold of a representative for account and phone problems. Kept getting automated service. No good service. The automated service does not give you the option to talk to a customer representative. When you try to call back or look up on the website it just gives you a different number for the same automated system

Still getting billed for service I don’t have

Switched providers but still getting billed after paying my Verizon bill in full. Cannot seem to connect with Verizon and tell them my story

Paid bill. Keep getting billed for more.

Switched phone service paid my bill completely with Verizon and Im still getting billed for my phone which I dont have anymore.

Expect a refund for closed account

Waiting on refund for at least 7 months. I read somewhere that a refund of my money would take affect after 6 months. I'm still waiting for the money to hit my bank account.

No service

For the last 2 weeks everyday we loose service. Can't call, text or use the internet. I was told they were working on the towers last week. Today is even worse. I am lucky if I have had service for an hour. My husband service is the same. Get your equipment working so that I can use what I am paying for. Pathetic

I saw an ad on tv. The SMALL PRINT didn’t meet my criteria. However I was told by my local office that I qualified for a $350. Rebate with no trade in. I went home and called. Verizon confirmed. I was

assured by 2 people the same thing. When my bill came, I was billed full price. I called and the rep change the amount but still has to confirm by June 2. So Im waiting to see. Ill review again then.

User's recommendation: Ask for a print out. Do not take their word.

I was afraid the customer30 when I left my ex I moved my new boyfriend and there was no Verizon service so I went with simple mobile

This has been the worst nightmare of my life do they have signal here now I was with simple mobile so I got my number unlocked had to pay for it but I got it and I gave her the code and literally I've been on the phone so you don't answer my text then they hang up on me my boyfriend in hospital called ambulance little bit ago thank God free 911
