Once Verizon make a sale with you, you can’t get no one to talk to you about billing and technical issues.

Cant login to my account. No one is there any more to help you, once you become a customer of Verizon. Put you on hold and never returns.

Nothing negative to say here... PissedConsumer.com gave me the info I needed to get in touch with live customer support not just the digital assistant which was useless to me and so frustrating. The issue remains resolved and I'm grateful!

I'm trying to pay my bill

I called numerous times to try to pay by check like I always do. Every time I called half way through trying it would cut us off. Then having to pay the damn 7.00 just to get it paid is ridiculous!!! As much money as we spend on service and phones in the first place that service should be free!! Not happy thinking about changing phone service. This is the third time Ive encountered this crap!

Billing Dispute

I canceled an order a day after I was talked into getting Verizon phones I didnt need. Since this was in November 2020 and their customer service was really backed up. I tried to return the phones at this location, but they refused to take them: 2689 Via De La Valle Suite D, Del Mar, CA 92014. They said the order was online and they cant take them. I had to call back and request a return label, which was supposed to be in the box. As soon as they sent me the return label I returned the phones. I was told I did everything timely and I would be getting full credit. I never opened the boxes with the phones, I never ported the numbers. I returned everything in new condition. I have talked to their customer service representatives over a dozen times and was reassured every time that I will get full credit. I even have an email with full credit pending. Now my account is with a collection agency and I need to pay $267.33 for services I never used. If I don't, my credit will be affected.BillBi

Verizon Wireless - Horrible
Cannot get or keep any or any adequate connection on cell or iPad. MANY MANY COMPLAINTS. EVEV LOST CALLS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE! 25 year Zerizon customer

Worst Customer Service In My 65 Years

Verizon Wireless has probably what I would consider the worst customer service I have ever encountered. After using them for our wireless service for many years we decided that with Covid-19 and staying home using our wifi, we decided to cancel our account and switch to another provider who offered a far less expensive plan using less data. We cancelled our Verizon account and were assured by Verizon customer service that our account was cancelled. Then promptly we continued to receive bills from Verizon for a service that we had cancelled and no longer used. After several calls to customer service we were assured that our account had been cancelled and the bills we had received would be reversed. After this we continued to be notified by Verizon for new billing cycles and when we tried to contact them we could not reach them as we had no account there and could not receive service if we had no account. In no instance were we contacted by Verizon to correct this situation. Finally, after 5 months subsequent to cancelling our account we received a notice from Verizon that our account was delinquent and we were turned over to a collection agency, who contacted us. We explained the situation to them and were assured the charges would be reversed and the bills would stop coming. Then we received a credit report that showed delinquent payments and a reduction of our credit score from 829 to 699. Accordingly, we contacted the 3 credit reporting agencies to dispute the delinquent score and also contacted Verizon, who said they "did their due diligence to correct the wrongful billing" but they made no attempt to rescind the incorrect credit score issue. We have never had this situation in over 35 years of making payments on services and had almost a perfect credit score that reflects our constant diligence in making on time payments. Now we are being wrongly accused of not making payments on a service that we had cancelled months before. Verizon has to be the most inept, incompetent, uncommunicative, uncaring company with whom we have dealt, worse even than cable companies. I would avoid using them at all costs. I only wish I could give them zero stavvAvAv

Every number I try to call a recorded man says this number has not been alligated. I tried to call a hospital number and my son's number got the same recording

Closed and Horrible automated system

The automated service kept misunderstanding me I said reconnect my service and it kept saying activate a new phone when I tried to dial 0 it just hung up in my face when I finally got threw thats when I found out the office was closed long story short your automated system sucks and I thought customer service was 24 hours

Need to report fraud, cancel my contract

My account is constantly being hacked . I am filing a police report as well as seeking complaint from your company, I have lost income due to this nuisance. Fell behind on bills . Waisted hours of almost everyday calling ur company and attempt to resolve.I pay an outrageous bill to you company for a service I am not receiving and the employee of the company have no idea how to fix the issue other than adding more services to my bill. This has resulted in harassment, loss of income,identity theft and even became detrimental within our home driving myself and husband near divorce with the aover this stress.
