Verizon should remove the item from my credit reports since they at not time attempted to contact me as the guarantor of the sub account.
Preferred solution
Removal of item from credit report, a letter of acceptance of responsibility of improper business practices, an apolgy and a modification of their internal business practices to assure guarantors of sub accounts are advised of delinquent items.

Hot spot trouble

I had to replace my old hot spot with a new one. Old one died i could not get it to work on my tablet which i needed for work i took it back to the store and was told the they were having trouble getting the new hot spots to connect to androids. So i wanted it taken back and i was told to late we have a ten day return they said that there was a down load fix in the works this was in april it is now july no fix this is a rip off how can a company sell something that does not work when they sell android phones i just got screwed again buy a big company that does not care

Rubbish Service and even worst customer service

Please if you know what is good for you do not enroll in anything Verizon. They are quick to take your money but are never available to answer your concern. Comcast or ATT is way better I should have known. Rubbish company.

Robo calls

I receive several calls a day from scammers and I continue to block but they just keep coming. Why is Verizon not doing something to help their customers. I have been a customer for 20 plus years.

Verizon can’t stop them!! They are using a spoofing program to display working and non working numbers.

Every robo call I get I just block them. Yes it sucks but scammers will be scammers.

Download an app that blocks all possible scam calls. Problem solved.

The company also offers something for this in myverizon. Learn how to work your stuff before blaming the company :)

I HAVE BEEN WITH VERIZON 10 PLUS YEARS- THEY ARE GOING DOWN HILL FAST WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND TRY AND GET A REP ON THE PHONE-- IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!! THEY MAKE A SIMPLE TRANSACTION SOOOO COMPLICATED AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE ARE NOT ON THE SAME PAGE IF YOU GO INTO A STORE. THIS COMPANY SUCKS-

Verizon Customer Service is Terrible

I closed my wireless service with Verizon about 2 weeks ago. I have since tried several times to pay my bill online. The sign in website reroutes me to a website for paying closed accounts. When I try to sign in to that sight I get a message saying it is unavailable. I called customer service and they gave me another website to use. It sent me to the same sight. They must not need their money that bad!

Charging for services after account closed

Closed account and ported numbers to Xfinity mobile on May 9th. Was charged for services until June 4th. I don't understand why I should be charged for services after May 9th. There were no services, data, text or calls used after May 9th but yet I'm still being charged as if I was still a Verizon customer. After porting numbers to Xfinity mobile, I was unable to sign in to my Verizon account. It was like I never existed and there was no way to see billing, usage, data, text or anything. If I'm still being charged as if I was still a Verizon customer, how come I was completely shut out of my on line account? And of course since you're no longer a Verizon customer, customer care and everyone else at Verizon treats you poorly and with great indifference. Is this really the way they should treat their long time loyal customers? Based on how I've been treated by Verizon, I'll probably NEVER use their service again. It's really sad and I would've never thought they'd treat me this way after 7 years of service. It's their loss.

We closed out account May 9th but had to pay for services we didn’t use until June 4th when their billing cycle closed. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for anything after May 9th. Crazy!

Try to resolve a problem? You start out in a long phone queue and end up with a link to a BOT

I bought an iPhone 8 in March. I own a business and talk on the phone all day, so I use a wired headset and have been using it every day since the purchase. I accidentally left my headset at home and had to make calls on the phone without the headset and everyone complained that my voice was muffled. I put it on speaker and the quality improved, but in trying to have a private conversation without the speaker option, no one could make out what I was saying! I got online and found several forums -- Bad internal microphone -- a known issue with this phone. I called the Verizon store who sold it to me, and they knew about this issue (prior to selling it to me - since it's an older model but NEW phone). Since it's past the 90 days, I have to go through the customer service queue. So I call *611 must BEG a BOT to speak to a human, then I wait on HOLD for endless amounts of time. I go through level 1 technician, then level 2 - who has be do a procedure that disconnects our call --- promises to call me back in two minutes after the phone restarts. Instead, I get a text message to down load a link/app and TEXT another BOT about my issue. I have to start over explaining to a BOT what issue I have... it doesn't get it. So it sends me a list of 'standard questions' which don't work for this situation. I call the *611 again... find out I have to now to a factory reset before they will replace the bloody phone! In order to do this, I have to download iTunes on my new laptop, and try to remember all of my passwords etc. That takes hours. Then after that, I have to somehow know how to restore my phone from iTunes -- without the aid of a technician because my phone won't work! All of this before they will replace a 90 day old phone with a known faulty microphone with a REFURBISHED PHONE! Seriously? Then they tell me after wasting half a day with them -- Apple will replace it! Now I'm screwing with Apple - the phone has to be sent into to Apple, takes up to 3 weeks for resolution. WTF? What am I supposed to do without a phone in the meantime? OH GIVE ME A LAND LINE!

Final payment

On the phone last week with a Verizon rep, and they told me that I would have to call in to make final payments on our final bill since we switched companies. Got an email today that our WHOLE payment was taken out, call to get it refunded to be able to make a partial payment and they said that was impossible since it was authorized. Then got told that I was basically a liar because they couldn't get the whole conversation from last week to confirm that the guy told me that I would have to call in to make payments. SO GLAD WE LEFT!

Verizon overcharged me $40 for 17 months and won't reimburse the full amount after we caught it.

I have spent hours and hours, and days and days attempting to resolve the huge discrepancy in my Verizon account. I went to Italy with my fiance in November 2017 and added a ONE TIME CHARGE of the International plan for that month. I do not go over every page of my bill, however, I recently discovered that the International charges had been charged to me EVERY MONTH for 17 months!!! I was horrified that I had overpaid $680 and just discovered it. Then I was more horrified that Verizon's policies do not honor me to be reimbursed in full. They offered only 6 months. What a rip off! Don't go with a greedy, self-serving company that doesn't correct their errors and dumps it on the consumer. We left them and are still angry!
