Poor Support

I have tried many many times to reset my password now Im totally locked out of my iPhone that I paid over $2000 for I cant get decent service from Apple I cant get decent service from Verizon Im very upset Im not sure what to do about it Ive tried and tried and tried to talk to Support and all I get is the damn runaround

User's recommendation: Do not ever except the excuse from Verizon wireless and Apple while getting a rebuilt phone.

Credit bureau issue

Very poor and hung up on after asking to speak to a supervisor rep found it funny that I was kept on hold for over 40 minutes then proceeded to hang up on me

User's recommendation: Fire the person in financial.

They Are just paid seat warmers they know nothing will happen to them. There corporate office is same

Terrible service

I have tried for a full day to get a live person to help me with my new Verizon cell phone set-up. I cannot get onto my contact list and your site refused to take my pin # I have waited for an unreasonable amount of time to get connected and all I get is canned music. I am very disgusted. I changed from AT&;;;;;;;amp;;;;;;;;;;;T because I thought Verizon had better service - I was very wrong.

I was going to change my service to another company after I paid my phone off. Which after I paid my phone off it lowered my bill so I think I’ve going to continue with this service. Thank you..

I sent the replacement phone back instead because my phone seems to be working fine after I change address and WiFi service. And I need to talk to someone about releasing my number and phone service since I paid my phone off.
