Went to get a new phone was told my old not worth trading in I have been with Verizon going on ten years not counting from when Verizon was comnet 2000 I'm not asking for the world jusr a decent deal on a new phone I've never been late on my bill ever and I just got told oh well your phone not worth nothing

Not clear on reason for my bill being $20 more than previous months

I do not receive paper statements but notice on my phone regarding the amount Verizon is billing for the current month. The notice I received last week indicates that my current amount due is $20 more than it has been in past. I haven't been able to get an explanation for why that is!

Extreme irritation

I owe you $0.08. I was hoping I could forgo paying you $0.08 and just have it tacked on to my next month's bill -- without a penalty for not paying you $0.08 on time. I have tried four times to get through to someone to ask without success. I am trying hard to keep this $0.08 from costing you money. You don't seem to care. So, unless I hear otherwise before tomorrow (01/29/21) I will send you a check for $0.08.

Can't get my email anymore

Went to verizon store where I purchased the new phone.SM-A716W. He couldnt get my email on my cell . I can get it on my computer. I spoke to several verizon people who took me thru similar steps to retrieve my email but it wouldn't work. When I put in my password , it says my information is incorrect. We change password and it accepts the change but when I reenter it to get my email, it says incorrect password. I still have to use my computer to get my email and its my business email as well.

Frustrated with Verizon

We tried to replace a broken phone purchased from Verizon, that is when the trouble started... On a 1-1/2 hour chat I told "Preshia" from Verizon "We ONLY talk, text and take pictures on our phone and want the most basic phone we can get to serve this purpose". She suggested the Motorola Moto G Power for $249. We went in to the Verizon store in Sequim Wa and talked to the manager "Adam". I stressed to him we only talk, text and take pictures to him too. I told him about the phone the Verizon chat representative suggested. He said "That is a terrible phone and that it would use up the memory right away." He suggested a phone for $420. I wondered which Verizon employee was lying but was quite sure it was him. The phone we had for 8 years had well over a thousand pictures on it. Yet the technology on this new Moto G would go through the memory on it right away. Does that make sense to YOU? He was leading me to believe technology has gone downhill that far in 8 years! Since THAT destroyed any faith I had in Verizon, we dropped one line on the spot and just use our other 8 year old phone until we come up with another option. Maybe this is what Verizon wants in an employee, to push people into something they don't want or need.

Closings

Why was the Venice FL Verizon Store closed permanently and other stores in smaller areas left open. Verizon in Venice FL was one of the busiest branchs there was! It is also one of the fastest growing cities in Florida! It was accessible to all small surrounding towns also. This just does not make sense. I am very upset and thinking of just changing service to someone that is close by. .

Rebate lies

I switched I was told I would get a 250 rebate in the form of a prepaid visa card. I checked the status of the card. They said it was sent to me by email on the 19th. Today is the 23rd. I asked how can you send a rebate card by email? They said it is a code with a pin, so I can use it at THEIR store. You can only use it at their store, when I questioned that they said due to the Virus they had to change it. I said I still did not get it, they said we sent it on the 20th. How can I get a rebate on the 19th if it was sent on the 20th? Still do have it. Called twice and chat three times. One tells me to call, the other said to go online.

Poor Customer Service

On phone for 4 hours and never got a resolution. My phone bill is almost $500 a month, I have multiple insurance coverages, over $80 a month in addons, and I cannot get a cracked screen fixed. I have a buy one get one free deal, that I am NOW paying FULL price for on 2 phones! I have SIX lines with Verizon for over 7 years and they will not help me. I am grandfathered in on my plan and they are trying to get me out of it, and they will not help me!!! So disappointed in getting screwed every month with this MONOPOLY.

Need more data

So I was without a phone for 14 days due to your company not swapping out my ruined sim card after they told me it would work the next morning. And when I called to let them know. I got hung up on 3 different times and then told that nope to bad the sim card I had was no good. And then it took 14 days for me to get a new sim card. that was supposed to show up 24bhours after my conversation with one of ur *** customer service representatives. So I had a phone withba paid bill I couldn't even use. And yes company didn't even offer to give me any kind of reimbursement for the 14 days I was unable to use my phone. I would like to get some kind of reimbursement for those 14 days

Technical support,damaged phone, activate new phone

Istatus-old phone screen is 2/3 black. Technical support sends link and unable to see link. I was told by Verizon customer service, a Verizon support phone call had to make an appointment to set up phone, transferring data, etc. I am unable to see link to receive service I am unable to make phone calls, see link or activate new phone.

Spanish channels exists and you don’t have to speak English in this country there is no defined language here. Also if you can’t afford it then don’t have it it’s super simple.

Billing inquiry

My issue was never resolved! I would like to have spoken to a live representative . I did get to see my bill but still have questions regarding the $20 increase
