Finally talked to a human

Working with Verizon online was impossible to talk to a human. Like all companies now are obsolete against customer service! They think everybody likes to play on their devices and that's what they want you to do. The only thing that's saved Verizon was the Verizon contract store in Prineville Oregon where I talk to a Human named Kyle, who gave what I call excellent customer care! If that conversation didn't go as well as it did, I would have dropped Verizon even for a lesser coverage. I despise big business now, I have run portions of very big companies, one of the fortune 200 companies. My absolute pet peeve was Superior Service to our clients! Anybody can sell you anything and tell you anything, it's the service that makes the company. And it's the service the employees enjoy giving, that is, if the company cares at all about their employees? My winning strategies. Employees first that take care of your clients means the company wins wins wins!

Customer service complaint

My phone was not working and called verizon. Between being on hold , transferred from one agent to another my total time out of my day was 5 hrs. This may seem Unbelievable but very true. This is not acceptable. I am thinking of changing my service
