Absolutely no customer service

Just took my money but dont help me access my locked account! WTF!?! I got nothing but virtual assistant and cut me off and hung up on me. I thought I was supposed to wait for a customer service representative!!!

Unresponsive company, avoids customer contact

Verizon sent me an email about changes to my acct., which I didn't make. I am trying to call to find out what is going on. Your automated cust. service hangs up on me telling me to use online, but your service is bad and their is no internet, so I CAN'T USE IT!!!!!!!! Why can't I reach a phone company BY PHONE??

Tried calling to cancel service. Waited on hold for over a hour with no love person. No wonder why I switched
