Get a call history from 03/04/2021-03/18/2021

I have been unable to get a live customer agent.I waited about 1hr25 and nobody responded to my call! It's very disappointing.

Ripoff

Bought a brand new iPhone from Verizon and three weeks later had a problem. Brought it back and they Sent me a refurbished phone . Spend money on a new phone and replaced with a used phone. Next phone was bought from Apple and no problems learn a lesson and buy Your phones from Apple

I received my tablet but no phone or SIM card I've been waiting patiently is there a problem I tried everything almost and nothing It's really not that bad everything's fine the customers are polite helpful like I don't want to make a bad report because they have been extremely helpful I have nothing else to complain about, but I just don't have no simm card or a phone I need to order one what's the deal

I would like to speak to a customer service rep

It socks I have been trying to speak to a customer service representative for the past 3.5 hours and no one answers the phone, I am sorry I switch from TMobile to Verizon. TMobile always answers my call. I waited for someone to answer my call no one did.

Just to speak to a VERIZON customer service and ask a simple questions, I would have to create an account and offer pin numbers and whatever else is required. This is ridiculous! In the end I don't even get to speak to anyone not did I resolve my issues with your SIM card! I hope u guys lose lots of your customers because of these ridiculous "protocols" and go out of business!

Trying to get signed in

my phone is locked, the website wont chat with someone unless you log in. This system sucks. customer service is a long wait time, should set up automatic call backs. Comcast, Att does. I am so angry I want nothing to do with you jerks any more. I have been a customer for 20 years and I am sick of you

My phone is acting up

My phone has not worked correctly or changed properly in a very long time. I have tried updating my iPhone was on software update 14.8 now its on 14.7. Please call me back please ASAP. The year changed from 2026 to 2021. Please call and help me.

Phone and other devices stopped receiving email, other devices in same house are receiving email. Verison wants $5.00 from me to fix THEIR malfunction!

2 hours attempting to talk to technical support to no avail. Can not receive emails on my phone, tablet and desk top. Other family member with similar devices receiving emails. Could not get to talk to a human without giving Verizon $5 for a trail membership in a support program to fix their problem. Wow!

Ported phone number without the customer permission

Your company gave away our phone number without our knowledge or permission to a hacker. That hacker penetrated three of our personal accounts and money was retrieved. At this time we don't know what the full extent of the damage . I'd like to know how that could happen, considering we've had the phones for over 16 years and we don't even remember the password. Verizon has dropped the ball. And gave away our phone number.

27-7 Phone connected to wi-fi service Cellular and roaming off for all apps except phone and find my phone Push notifications off for all apps All apps off when out of house and have not left house/wi-do spot in weeks. Monitoring daily.

Verizon is charging data.

Is there anything else I could do to test unwarranted data charges? OR Is this an issue that needs resolving?
