Wanted to speak with customer service about paid bill.

What type of company tells their customers that in order to talk about their bill, you need to make a payment first. Even if it's clear that your payment has been made. What type of company diverts you to the automated system and refuses to allow you access to a live customer service provider. My son was in the hospital and I really needed to use my phone and could not because Verizon continued to divert me only to the automated system and refused to let me speak to customer serviceI will never forgive Verizon for making me stress over a payment that has been paid. Apologize and fix my service and take off late fees for lines as they are paid. Allow me to end contract after many years of service from Verizon as your customer service relation have gone down hill.

I can't even begin

I bought a Ring doorbell and camera on 6/11/2021. After 4 days of complete aggrivation I returned it on 6/15/2021. Never set it up or took it out of the box because 3 different people could not set it up. but I am being charged $25 . Jeremy from Colonial Heights, VA was nasty and said I have to pay for it. I want to know WHY???

No help from a LIVE PERSON . 2 HOURS JUST TRYING TO REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT. NOOO SUCESS. It wants MORE SYMBOLS OK EAT CRAP. IS THAT 100 YET? YOU TELL ME, YOU HAVE ALL 5MONEY.

Account for jetpack

I am trying to sign in to my new orbit jetpack replacement. It tells me to put in an accoubt name but I have neither had one. I used my jetpack number and email and it will not sign me in.

Lost my phone phone number 346414****

I talk to someone yesterday and they supposed to filled out a form for a lost phone but had to call back today for the payment of $196 For a phone replacement

Overcharged

Switching to 5G was a scam. I mailed in my phone which i have the paperwork to prove and at the verizon store they said they received my old phone. YET IM STILL BEING BILLED AND PAYING FOR IT. Im currently paying $1200 for a phone listed at $800. Please stop scamming people!!!!

User's recommendation: Dont believe the so called deals. Its not a deal if they never give you money back they promise for your old phone.

In store visit

I visited a Verizon store. A sales associate changed my account from pre paid to post paid. I decided not to switch to a post paid account. When she tried to switch it back pre paid said I would have to pay another month even though I had just paid my pre paid bill. Store manager contacted me said she would fix the issue and never has. I am getting bills for a phone I never bought and my pre paid phone was never turned back on..

Bought this iPhone 12 in jan has never been able to connect towny apps ever I have other problems but no one has given me an apt at the apple storezi am upset I can't after 6! Months got an apt I have made all my payments early I feel this is no way to be treated.The CEOs wont respond as well.

Very poor customer service, after waiting 30 minutes on hold.

I need to have my verizon phone unlocked. Contacted customer support. Waited on hold for about 30 min or longer a male comes on, then hangs up on me. I called back but am still on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone. This is very poor customer service.

I could not check in to pay my bill, then had endless times on the phone trying to get through and being told access codes had been sent to me which did not happen and finally was in hold until I gave up. It should not be hard to pay a bill

I was offered a free tablet in February, didnt know it came with a line, I only wanted to add the line for the new phone service my bill increased enormously and I canceled the tablet sent it back and now Im responsible for a Pay off for the tablet. I need to speak with someone in financial support
