Customer service

I called Verizon to get my bill emailed to me. The rep claims that they cannot do this because I closed my account with them. I asked if I can talk to a manager or supervisor. The rep claims that they cannot send bills out this way. So they will send it via regular mail. The rep informed me she will put it in the mail today and I should get it tomorrow or Monday. I informed them that this was why customers are leaving Verizon. Dont do business with Verizon.

Verizon , overbilled,, 5 months later, no adjustments, after 5 calls , IN AN COLLECTION AGENCY

two bill cycles to update. ended up in collections.

called verizon two hours. routed to recovery, told i need to pay 400 dolars or prove i did not owe that.I ASKED WHY SHE DID NOT JUST ASK VERIZON , SHE SAYS NOT ALLOWED TO TALK WITH THEM , SO I ASKED WHY I OWED BILL SHE COULD NOT TELL ME.

Verizon overbilled me continuously and would never get my due date correct and would cut off my service early and charge me to cut it back on . i paid my bill, changed service. Of them. 2 months later charged me the same bill 400. Spoke to customer care he acknowledged i had 0 balance, informed me it would take wo bill cycles to post,

I cant get anyone to break down my bill and charges correctly to tell me why my bill is so astronomically high. They think they find it,then wait nope that's not it either! I don't have 2 hours to sit on the phone with you while you try to figure out my account. I own a business am a wife and mother,Im busy.

Can’t talk to a human

Cant talk to a human, I cant seem to keep up with passwords even if I write them down? I simply want to find a better plan because AT&T is offering me a better plan for a lot less money. And I cant believe I cannot talk to a human about this

Can't connect to internet when trying to connect to WiFi thermostats at our church.

Internet connection. Going to call for technical support tomorrow to get help to connect. I hope I can get through quickly.

Get a copy of my rebate card

The robot did not comprehend that I did not have a physical card to enter information Chris and Nathan kept sen me to fill out a form that I could not complete because I didnt have a card only a Verizon email with my card number

No communication possible

Daily threatening text saying I owe PAST DUE 309.54 which was paid on 8-14-21 I paid the same amount to my residential account on 8-10-21 by mistake and received credit for overpayment.
