They keep putting wrong charges on our account then saying they will credit us but we must pay first! You have to chat online forever bc you can never actually get someone on the phone. We are angry!

New iPhones came 3 weeks late for Christmas. Then we were suppose to have free trade ins and they billed us!! Then my very tired husband has to spend his evening online chatting with these idiots bc they said we have to pay and it will be credited in TWO billing cycles! Total BS. Weve had their service forever and I think its time to look around!!! We should be able to call on the phone and have this taken care of immediately!! Horrible customer service!!

Covid-19 and under a doctor's care for mental wellness not working back at work today . Will be able to make some type of payment on the 22nd of this month. I start the login, then the screen comes to the secret question. If your answer is wrong, you can click on forgot the answer (but it locks your account , it puts you in a loop to sign in. you can't and there is no email or text giving me something to log into to change or learn my answer. THUS THERE IS NO WAY TO LOGIN AND YOU CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE UNTIL YOU ARE LOGGED IN!? We finally got in after 45 minutes on hold in the queue. The person contacted said he would send a note on how to log in--NEVER HAPPENED. Said he would send all of the billing information to me as they are no longer doing that automatically; HAVEN'T RECEIVED FULL BILLING INFORMATION YET.

Talked to customer service this afternoon and was told my issue was solved, but it was not. Trying to get a hold of them is an awful experience. Have been trying to solve this issue since 12pm. Customer service is not open, even though you are open till 9:30pm eastern, this is false news! I have been without my phone Service since this afternoon, and I am still without service. So I have to try and call back again. Hopefully I can talk to someone who knows what they are doing.

Verizon makes it IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone

Everything is automated. Finally got a real person after an hour, and was then transferred FOUR times. Their website is garbage. Their chat people are idiots. Whatever phone number you find online will transfer you to automated. If you press 0 repeatedly, they hang up on you. I'm going -- in person -- to a U.S. Cellular office to change service tomorrow. Verizon also makes you get a pin # to change services. They are a horrible company.

I cancelled all Verizon lines on June 14, 2021 but I am still being charged!! I have called and been assured that my lines were cancelled, but I continue to be charged. I have now been robbed of almost $500!

Horrible phone experience. Could not get a human to speak with. Your chats were unhelpful and did not recognize my problem after numerous attempts. Total waste of time (over 1 hour). Suggestion: get rid of chats. They r not helpful and extremely frustrating. Going back to my previous provider. !!!!
