Terrible customer service

I had to switch to Verizon after being with AT&;;;;;;T since I was 18 (19 years). I needed unlimited data with a hotspot. I've been charged for multiple things I have since disputed. However, this has been going on for months and Ive continued to pay my bill because you talk to 10 people and then get disconnected.I've called 6 times and told all 6 agents my issue yesterday and was disconnected every single time. I was told a couple of days ago that I would be receiving the credits on my account to reflect the charges that were incorrect on my account and then I would have an updated balance due. The rep said I will call you when the credits are posted with 24 hours then we will go from there. Less than 24 hours with no phone call and my service is disconnected with no credits added to my account. This is fraud if you ask me. I shut be able to dispute charges and not be liable for these outrageous bills.I've chatted with account reps, emails, calls, callbacks and nobody wants to work. It's very shocking to me that management or leadership doesnt listen to their agents calls or audit to see if customer concerns have been resolved. No..they shut the service off and let this people just disregard their customers. I use my cell phone service for work. Im a widow with 2 kids. For me its not an option to just pay whatever a company feels like charging me to keep my service on. This is insane because Ive had to pay it for 4-5 months and now here we are.

Good Morning, I have been trying to get an apartment but this verizon debt showed up on my credit report. i need to know who to get in contact with to settle this debt, so i can move.

Customer service

Over billed; Paid on an arrangement and had service interruption without warning. On hold for 2 hours. No customer service.

Did you report it to the FTC and/or FCC? FTC.gov FCC.gov Also report to your state attorney general's office or BBB.

Fraudulent calls

Verizon Wireless - Fraudulent calls
I keep receiving scam calls saying my Social Security number is being suspended because of fraudulent use. I have reported this to OIG but still keep getting calls. Most are from 903-431 numbers but I have also received one from Alabama & one from Houston. Can you investigate & stop these annoying attempts to get personal information? Any help would be appreciated! Not my familys numbers though! 903-431-**** & 903-431****. Thanks again!

I can't get anyone on the phone. I can't get an appointment because they say my phone number is not in their system. I can't get in to my account.

Find out about a phone order

Had to end up canceling my order. They said PayPal denied my payment but my payment went through PayPal and also my bank account.

Cell service down most of the time

At the beginning of this year, cell service starting becoming sketchy; now it's down every day for most of the day and even texting goes down for hours at a time. It seem like once the 5g upgrades started, nothing works. Not sure if the 2 things are connected or not. Verizon is terrible now.

i would like a human to call me in reference to my two accts that I cannot get straightened out cus god forbid they should give you the info you ask for. 928249****. still do not have the 2 phones working, i am not fast enough for machine so it shuts off.

Rebate Scam

Verizon Wireless - Rebate Scam
Reading all this stuff about rebates I screwed as well. Was promised $350 per line. Found out I didnt qualify after several hours and phone calls. Going back to T-mobile once my 90 days is up. The rebate is a scam. Also bill went up $100 more then quoted..
