I am regretting switching to Verizon. I have had nothing but disappointment since service. Even dealing with the customer service. They tell you one thing then don't hold up their end. Once I get my bill paid when I get my check on May 3 2022. I am considering looking for a new phone carrier.

Canceled account and still being billed

Purchased new phones with a new carrier 6 weeks ago. I paid our final bill in March 2022 and Im still receiving phone bills from Verizon for $262.26 due on April 13, 2022. Verizon= FECKLESS BUREAUCRATIC NINCOMPOOPS.

After 12 years of auto-pay, and 15/20gb use a month, the contract i signed was for est $109MO.This year they repeatedly charged me over $2800 usd until I caught it on my bank statement and stopped another $741 dollar charge, (241/) i took a single trip To Europe and trusted them to set me up on day pass which would total 300 extra for 30-days out of the entire year, somehow they charged me 2-3 dollars per minute that whole month and every month after my return home even though i was emailed proof i reverted back to regular plan, so i turned my data off to see if i would still be charged since i have another cell and 5G at the house, but they kept billing me 109 to 115 to 150 to 203 to 341 to $617 to $836 and no one suggest There is an issue but just keep drafting my account hoping I wouldn't look,, thats complete negligence after so many years, 12 yrs, to keep billing me then when i ask them to correct, and stop my auto pay till its sorted out they send me 8-12 text messages threatening to shut my line down within 24hrs, how evil is that, knowing ill never ever ever get my money back from their broken matrix of 1-800 #s feckless crooks! Every time i call for correction, they say they are not approved to credit over $200!!! They billed me 3600 over my entire year's accrued total!

Bad signal every afternoon and evening

We still have to turn on and off airplane mode to be able to use data. The service is bad every afternoon and evening. I may have to go to a different cell provider if you cant fix this.

Poorest customer service I have experienced in a while. Verizon offers great incentives for brand new business including new phones but when asked what they do for existing customers they have nothing for you. I have been a Verizon customer for 22 years and every few years I have to fight to get some kind of a discount. I guess every few years Im going to have to change companies just to get a reasonable deal

I need a transfer pin for 760457**** After I transferred my number 760791****. All of a sudden I lost access to my online account. I cal. Ask for transfer pin. Im told I dont need to login I just dial on phone. I do. It asks me to login. I just want a transfer pin for 760457**** and my service completely canceled. I traded my phone in to receive a phone for free. I am still getting charged for my new phone and was never credited for my trade in. Was billed $1500 for phones that were supposed to be free. Was also told my service would be around $175. The lowest bill that I have received is $370. Ive spent hours on the phone with representatives for no help. No one can help me in a store because my initial order was placed over the phone. *** you verizon!
