Never can reach a customer service rep
The only time Verizon customer service answers is to help you buy a product. But if you are a present customer it is always a run a round to speak with or chat with with someone. I keep asking myself why do I stay with such a company! I promise after I am finish with this present contact I am gone! I don't care what kind of service as long as I can talk to someone when there is a problem. Somebody is better than nobodd
User's recommendation: Find another phone carrier! If I could them a neg zero rating I would!
Paid 1 mo of service. NO-ONE can figure out why my phone is not activated. You CANNOT get through to Verizon unless you have a Verizon account. It says my number is NOT recognized. Recognized me when they took my $. Sent me a SIM card and car charger. How do you even flipping call them???
User's recommendation: Keep your current carrier!! One is as good or bad as the other.
