I was told I would receive my validated company discount and was told it didn’t quailify

On Feb 10 my company discount was validated, I called numerous amounts of times and was told it would be on the next months bill, then I was told in March that it would be fixed before the April draft, however when I called to check on it I was told I didnt qualify. Verizon needs to honor the discount for my company since I was told they were going too. Prisma Health Employee!!

Horrible phone experience. Could not get a human to speak with. Your chats were unhelpful and did not recognize my problem after numerous attempts. Total waste of time (over 1 hour). Suggestion: get rid of chats. They r not helpful and extremely frustrating. Going back to my previous provider. !!!!

User's recommendation: Do not become a customer; just stay with what u have. Horrible horrible service. The technician,granted a nice guy was here from 8am until 2 pm and there are still problems. As far as recommendation for future customers. DON’T become one.

Verizon Wireless - Cell number
Why is my cell phone which is in collect for debt i have. I txted it to see i can recieve message with my online number can recieve messages and someone else answered my number. I have screenshot of the conversation with my cell phone.

Verizon used to be off strong satellites, with decent service . Now (in the city limits) after going 5G, it works at 50%. WHY !?!?!?

Repeated calls made and automated system does not connect me with a rep over an hout

Not able to talk to a representative and consistently having to go they the the automated system and online would not work either!!! Total fail!!!!!!!

Can't get my password reset, therefore I can't sign in

My phone wouldn't accept or send out calls. I had to sign in but couldn't remember my password and I couldn't get it assigned a new one. To speak with a live person.

Really Really Really BAD Customer Service

My phone won't let me call anyone today. My payments are always on time because I autopay. When I tried to open a Chat to find out if there was some kind of service outage I was told I have to pay. That's total BULL!!!

Non Satisfaction of being a customer

I am regretting switching to Verizon. I have had nothing but disappointment since service. Even dealing with the customer service. They tell you one thing then don't hold up their end. Once I get my bill paid when I get my check on May 3 2022. I am considering looking for a new phone carrier.
