Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever.. If there was a way to give negative starts than I would have. My biggest complains are they never call back, they close the tickets would resolving the issue and also there app on the phone never works.. There customer service reps would always write half notes and then the customer would face problems. Usually the wait lasts and the call lasts for 2 hrs.. (The outcome is zero.) There customer service teams more education.

I would love to speak to rep when paying my bill. The automated system would not let me change my card. Not pissed. Frustrated

Wanting to know why my balance of my cancelled account was so high. After numerous attempts of not being able to speak to a live person I gave up. I believe the amount was high due to me cancelling and going with another carrier
