Customer service is the worst

I just spent three hours on the phone trying to get more minutes. I have had this account for over 21 years and never been asked to update minutes. Verizon tried to charge me $185 a month to do this. I will find someone at this company to let them know. They told me I had to change plans. Nothing they did or said helped me.

You took money when hou said you didn't

I was texted last night that Verizon gave me $40.00 worth of service. Why I don't know. But I called and talked to a rep at Verizon that said it did not come out of my account, I was told it was free. Next day, today, I get a text saying they took money from my bank. Now I'm trying to talk to a real person at Verizon and all I get is a fake rep. Also, there is a pop-up, sort of, about location so they can give me hints. I denied it and another question and now that is all on the Verison app. I need to talk to a real person to get anwsers and I get a fake rep. How can one get passed that fake rep?

I have tried to discontinue service with verizon but it has been very difficult from this oversea location. Many roadblocks and only limited time to reach a live operator.

Service

I currently am in Thailand--due to COVID I have been unable to return to America. My problem is that I cannot sign in to my account because my telephone # does not work here and the email address that is on record with my account is incorrect so I cannot receive any messages from this venue. I have tried to contact the # listed on the web site but no one answers this #.

Lousy service

We got our home phone two months back. Even at first it was shaky at best. Now the line is dead. Tech was supposed to come today, never showed. And... can't even call now to reschedule. Do not give these weasels your money.

Pissed off consumer

Because I'm pissed off I'm trying to upgrade my device and you've made me sign in 15 *** times now my phone is locked because I hit the wrong button somewhere and I had to go online to unlock it but my phone is locked can someone please help me

User's recommendation: Don’t try to do anything online with Verizon they make you sign it to your account 15 times to try and do an upgrade and then they want to know if you’re an existing customer or a new customer they asked that almost on every page they should have known that from the first page Why do they have you keep checking in and ask the same questions over and over makes no sense to me ask once get it done.

No service ever

Never had service. Cancelled immediately when Sim Card did not work. Have called and was assured no invoice due. Just received email invoice.

Discontinued service w Verizon

I was charged an additional month I had contacted Verizon via chat. I was told I have no more payments. Getting in contact w this company is a nightmare!! I will be visiting g my local store because I cant get i. Touch w anyone over the phone I have I. Writing that I will have no more charges. So happy I switched to t mobile. Much better customer svs

Garcage Dump Many Adds all Day

I missed the fine print, now as weeks go By "More" and More Adds Pop Up. "It is My Survive" I Pay Top Dollar For, Verizon Jumps in, and Piggy Backs My Number to Fast Track a Secondary Income Stream for Themselves. You ask they remove the ads - they want another $5.00 Monty to do so.
