Need bill for device pay out

Verizon Wireless is the worst cell phone company! I have been a customer with them almost 20 years next month and they are so dishonest and disrespectful and they lie to you. I am switching to a different company ASAP!

Poor Customer Service

Spent 2 days attempting to speak with customer service tech support via phone. Hold times exceeded 30 minutes. Scheduled 3 call backs and each time the same thing happened . . . Verizon computer called and connected me to music. No one EVER answered. Made 2 attempts to speak to a live agent via the "Chat." Once the tech came online he had no solutions. He suggested I add Home Protection plan as well as pay for Cloud backup services.

User's recommendation: Verizon has POOR customer support. Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware

Phone began to factory reset on it's own each time Verizon updated software. Took several days to contact a tech at Verizon just to be told I needed to by Home Protection for the phone and pay for Cloud backup services. Tech offered no solutions to the phone issues only to sell me add on services.

Updates interrupted normal access

Doesn't matter. Not available 24/7 as stated. Hours differ and cannot conforesntdim to the hours They say are available. So, Doesn't matter. Whatever.

Bad customer service

Ive tried 4 times to submit an order online every experience worse than the one before my payment has been taken and canceled twice not because of funds once because i was lied to and once due to an error with verizon computer. Now i wanna try one last time because I promised my kids new iphones but i feel it unfair to pay activation and get talked to like i did something wrong

They destroyed my credit!

I bought an iPhone with Verizon, They lied about what the monthly bill would be and it came out significantly more than I expected to pay monthly so I called them and asked them if the phone is unlocked and asked them to transfer it to Visible. They transferred it and then canceled my payment plan without my request and demanded I pay them about $1300 for the phone. I paid half and asked them to contact me at a later time to pay the rest. Nobody contacted me and it wasn't until I got a notification from my Experian app that I noticed that they added a collection to my account. They said they sent me a letter but I have moved and can provide proof that I have moved so i didn't get the letter. The thing that bothers me the most is I have the same phone number so they could have easily called me and let me know but it seems their system is designed to destroy young Americans as they said once the account is canceled they don't call customers meaning i was lied to about that also. Seeing as how the country and the whole world has been dealing with a pandemic it's odd that people aren't being offered some type of leniency before these damaging actions are taken, not that I needed any. All I needed was a reminder phone call and I would have made the remainder of the payment in full which I'm ready to do currently at any moment. please help

Fix the issue with my credit, it’s wicked and not right! If they tried in the slightest way to notify me I would have made the remainder of balance!
