Because of no paperwork,and no e-mails, I was late paying my 1st bill. Now all

I get is a busy signal. You don't bother to reply to any of my concerns. You also expect me to pay again. Isent you 241.67 . Please explain this.

without service there seems to be no way to get through to customer service. I have spent an hour trying, perhaps time to find another carrier

when a phone or service is not available how is a customer to contact verizon

Unable to get a refund

I ported my number to another carrier in December and cancelled the services. On the 30th of December I was charged to my autopay credit card the monthly fee for January 2021. I have been trying to get a credit for the January charges, but now they don't have any record of my account. I called three different times for customer service only to be kept on hold for hours at a time or being dropped from the call. Furthermore, I called the local store only to be directed back to the same call center. I need my refund now!!

Customer service

the 'new' customer system is not a service. It appears Verizon is trying to avoid providing real life customer support for its customers. I am truly disappointed. I have been with Verizon for almost 20 years.

Terrible phone svc

Waste of time with you automated phone service. You bill me incorrectly and that system is one of the worst. What year is it your world, 1988.. This has been a horrible experience changing over.

Poor Customer Service

Been on the phone for 7 hours with verizon technical service and everyone says they will need to transfer me to someone that has more knowledge. Every time they transfer me, I get disconnected! I have to go through the same thing every time I call back and explain what is going on with my phone! I started at 3 today and here it is after 10 p.m. and my phone still isn't working! I just purchased the phone November 24, 2020!

Incompetent Verizon Customer Service

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for more than 20 years, but I am fed up with the poor handling of customer service with Verizon. I had been offered to trade in my older iPhone for the new iPhone 12's. After spending numerous waiting hours and listening to their annoying music on the phone and talking to 5 different sales person and screwing up the order each time, finally they were able to handle the order and directed me to pick up the new phones from a local Verizon store. When I picked up the two new phones on my order, the local Verizon store provided me with two return boxes and two shipping labels for the two return phones, the UPS personnel brought to my attention that both shipping labels have identical tracking numbers and can not be used on two separate packages. I have been trying for the last three days to get to a customer service or sales person to request shipping labels with different tracking numbers and I can not get to any knowledgeable person at Verizon that can resolve my issue. I have spent many hours on the phone and talked to multiple customer care personnel and went to the local store. However, none of them had been able to print new labels or point me to a site to print them. I have also used the request shipping package on their website, but I have not received any. Verizon has the most incompetent sales and customer service personnel in this industry. Also, their Web pages are full of bugs and dysfunctional for many things!!!

Incredible Frustration

I purchased two new IPhones through Verizon. They arrived a couple of days ago. My phone service on my current phones was shut off today. I have been trying to change service to the new iPhones. However, I do not have a password or pin for Verizon since, though I got Verizon through Spectrum, I do not see any indication of having received a Verizon pin through them. Without the pin and no way to get a person to talk to, with the virtual help demanding the pin before connecting me with a real person, I am stuck without a phone to call Verizon. Catch 22. Is it possible to get help. The help line I called once more demanded a pin number to talk to anyone. This is absolutely ridiculous. I need phone service. Help!!! Frank Cody

Disruption of service for the second time

After the year that the world struggled financially due to the pandemic, you disrupt my service 2 times? Then require a higher payment than I had promised to pay on December 29th, that I never received a reminder for. Im a single mom, caregiver to my mother who is recovering from pancreatic cancer, I work relentlessly to try and make ends meet, yet you disrupt service? Ive been a customer of Verizon for almost 20 years, and during THE MOST STRESSFUL TIME, you dont care about your customers. I know I can get service much cheaper with another company, but being a loyal person stuck it out with Verizon. Verizon isnt loyal to me. Im so disappointed and upset. In order to be able to keep communication with my child and my aging mother I had to pay $580 and now I will have to figure out my rent. Thanks Verizon. I will be taking my services elsewhere.

All you need is the ability to make calls. That’s it.

You don’t need to be able to post online and attempt to spread your costs to others. Get a flip phone. YOU chose to be a single mother(unless you’re divorced or widowed).

Single mother contrary to popular opinion doesn’t entitle you to free stuff from a private company. How about forcing the dad(s) to pay for the children and take financial pressure off of you.

I am extremely frustrated with the time wasted and the customer service from Verizon. I called and waited on hold to talk to someone about delaying my bill as I am auto pay and it would not allow me to do this online. Not only was I not told of the $7 fee for the financial customer service to do this and after I asked SEVERAL times so it would not be withdrawn per auto pay. I was told he took care of it and sent me this email as well as a text to verify it would not be withdrawn from my account until the 7th. Day before yesterday, I received another email thanking me for my payment as it was auto paid on the original date 29th and not what was agreed on. Plus the only thing customer service would say is we can return the payment but it will take up to 5-7 business days. Seriously!!!! I will be paying it in 7 days. Now not only was I charged the $7 for the supposed to cancel auto pay but the overdraft fees in my bank as the agreement made was not held up on Verizon end. This has really put me in hardship as now not only am I overdrafted, the money Verizon said they would not take was the money I needed for other bills. So just to get out of the mess I will probably need up with owing my bank around 80-100 dollars Oh yeah, did I forget to say last night after being in hold the first time for 20+ minutes when it said 11 minutes. The first lady said she was getting a supervisor and never came back after an hour another lady answered and stated she was not a supervisor but stayed on until was able to transferred. Now once supposedly supervisor came on (I will admit extremely frustrated but was not personally attacking him as I know he is not all at fault) but he literally drop the call on his end and left mewith an open line. Now I was extremely upset with him because if this is your supervisor this was poor/horrible service. I have been with Verizon for 20+ years. Some of it was prepaid but mostly regular service.

User's recommendation: I am a firm belief it is the best coverage but the customer service is the WORST!!! No one can help you.

I BEGAN CHATTING WITH V NO LUCK THERE JUST UNLOCK MY PHONE I WILL GET A BETTER NETWORK.

unlock my phone so i can pay my bill somewhere else in less than 48 hours.

Sim card stopped working

So I called 6 times total. And 3 out of the 6 I was hung up on. Then I finally got someone who sounded like they were gonna help and was put on hold for an hour and a half. And still got no help. Then the 5th time the guy I talked to did just what I was asking. He made sure my new sim was ordered and he did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. Then today dec. 30th my new sim arrived and I called and customer service rep. Who's name is Luis helped me he did an amazing job he did everything to get my phone working. And he put in a request to get me credit for the days I didn't get to use my phone. Some of ur employees need to learn way better communication skills.

I just spent a good hour trying to find a simple contact for my problem. I CANNOT CALL OUT OR IN ON MY PHONE.

How am I supposed to get support if I can't call? all incoming goes directly to voice mail or cut off, outgoing gets immediately cut off. I have no phone. I have one-talk business-- 2 lines on one phone and it has never functioned properly. I have missed vital calls. How do I get tech support if I can't contact anyone?
