It was easy to pay my bill; how ever my brand new tcl diamond charge port was faulty. I had get it repaired, I only had the phone for two months.

Newly activated phone not calls

Taken advantage of. They were dishonest.

Verizon wireless employees were very dishonest. They took advantage of me. Please help me.lp. dishonest I am in dire need of help. The Verizon Store in Hendersonville, NC. told me that they could only unlock my phone if I switched to Verizon. Then I was told they couldn't and I would have to buy a new phone. I desperately needed a phone so I thought I should purchase one. I am not savy. They totally took advantage of me. They lied and told me I needed a new phone, suppose to give me a promotion, and there was no way I wanted an expensive phone. I can't afford it. I am on disability, my son has special needs, and my mother is terminal. They said the phone would be free promotion. I want my money back. Please help. 828 844 ****

Why is Verizon so difficult?

I purchased a phone card in July. When it ran out, I called Verizon and got an account set up, so that my card would automatically be charged. I woke up today, no service. I got online and paid my total of $35. Still no service. I have tried calling several times today and just get hung up on by your system, because they say that of is not an account. 269-689-****

To finish getting number transfered to Verizon

I really don't know what the problem is today. We could not get my previous carrier to release the number so it could be used on my new Verizon phone. Talked to old carrier tonight and they said Verizon needed to go ahead and pull the number again. The number that needs transferred is: (405) 919-****. Needs to be transferred to new Verizon Phone.

they only care about making money as long as they get paid nothing else matters to them they will lie and mislead , hang ups are common nobody has any accountability there ,your talking to yourself mainly , if you get anyone they know nothing beyond there script and answer nothing

Frustration, anger, trying unsuccessfully changing pymt from cc to autopay from my checking. c to auto bill pay from

Never once in the better part of a day and 1/2 following the day. Was not able to speak to a live person. Just wanted to establish an auto bill pay from my chk account acc;t acct my checking checking

I have the receipts. I am writing a demand letter but am busy so I havent yet. I have talked to over 50 customer service agents in past. They all promised I didnt need to worry it was noted that phones I returned (I have receipts) were received. Nevertheless Verizon pretended I was still with them after porting my number and doing everything advised by agents to be with a new carrier and owe Verizon nothing. Verizon owes me $113 for return of defective phone snd glass, case and defective charger snd taxes paid fir a phone I never was able to use and returned as advised by Verizon. lawsuit next

Echo o

I still get an echo during calls using my phone. Normally I hear the echo when I'm using the phone speaker, but can get the same issue while using blue tooth connection with my car. I have tried adjusting the volume down on my phone and have had the other party do the same, trying to eliminate the echo. The volume adjustment helped somewhat, but has not eliminated the problem. Very Frustrating!

best bet is to file a complaint with the bbb and fcc all else fails file a complaint with the nj attorney general office

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Apparently one customer service agent can give completely different information than another.

Which one do you believe?

They are reversing the amount they took from my bank acc't today plus refunding another small amount - not nearly as much as I was originally told. HLB3.

After I moved my two lines of mobile service to Xfinity mobile, and was told that I owed them no more money and to expect a $66 refund on my most recent payment, they turned around and took another $38.84 from my bank account during the next billing period. They do not have their stuff together. Now, they don't even want to talk to me because they can't acknowledge my number in their database.
