Can’t get a person to help me. On line digital was super slow and it helpful at all. Another name not on our account comes up on caller Id when I call someone. I get calls for this person also.
Changed plan via chatting with agent and lost cell service for the weekend

Disconnected and billing statements
I received several texts that my bill was past due, but I had not received mail statements for two months so I made a check and sent it to the company anyway.
I tried to get in touch with an agent so I could tell the problem and ask questions but to get in touch with a representative and speak verbally is like searching for a needle in a haystack. A whole lot of steps to go through when it would be so easy to just call a number and be able to converse.
So I cannot give a very good rating to your service. The whole activity was not my fault but your fault because I did not receive a statement so did not know what my bill was.

If you dial #PMT from the phone that is under the account, it will give you current balance and due date. You can proceed to make a payment if you wish. It really isn’t a valid excuse to say you weren’t mailed a paper bill.
