Military account disconnected

Ive been trying to get a hold of the manager to discuss our account. They said that they were researching my account and that they will get back to me in 10 business days. On the 8th business day my account that disconnected all while the account holder was on active military leave our phone lines was disconnected.

Cracked screen

The person that was suppose to repair my screen never showed and I would like a new phone at no charge due to no body showing up this is bull because nobody now I'm gonna have to pay for a new one. I am under warranty and I till have to pay I don't have the extra money by the time I pay all my bills

Horrible!

I SERIOUSLY CANNOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS IN BUSINESS AS A LEGAL ENTITY. OVERCHARGING, MISCOMMUNICATING, MISLEADING THIEVES. THERE HAS GOT TO BE A BETTER WAY TO DO BUSINESS FOR HONEST PEOPLE WHO PAY THEIR BILLS. I WILL GET OUT OF THIS CONTRACT AND CHANGE COMPANIES AS SOON AS I CAN.

Invalid charge on bill

Charge made to account by trick pop up ad. Immediately canceled and had notification canceled by text. Now on bill and called company and will not take off until next cycle. Not acceptable

My phone is not fully activated can't make it a phone calls out or in

I've been trying for about 2 to 3 weeks now to get this phone activated and it's not working I took it to the Verizon wireless place just to find out that it wasn't fully activated when I called and did it online pay money for it and it's still not working very disappointed I don't know why I have to go through all of this if we can fix the problem can I just get my money back

Can’t get a person to help me. On line digital was super slow and it helpful at all. Another name not on our account comes up on caller Id when I call someone. I get calls for this person also.

Disconnected and billing statements

I received several texts that my bill was past due, but I had not received mail statements for two months so I made a check and sent it to the company anyway.

I tried to get in touch with an agent so I could tell the problem and ask questions but to get in touch with a representative and speak verbally is like searching for a needle in a haystack. A whole lot of steps to go through when it would be so easy to just call a number and be able to converse.

So I cannot give a very good rating to your service. The whole activity was not my fault but your fault because I did not receive a statement so did not know what my bill was.

If you dial #PMT from the phone that is under the account, it will give you current balance and due date. You can proceed to make a payment if you wish. It really isn’t a valid excuse to say you weren’t mailed a paper bill.

Pay bill

Im canceling my service with Verizon because I get lousy coverage and my bill is not at all consistent. Always a different amount on my bill. The service i receive from Verizon is horrible.
