Did not receive order.

Switched carrier &;;;;; ordered 2 new cell phones online. Verizon said phones would be received in 2 working days . Its been 5. All attempts to reach a rep have been futile. We get transferred, hung up on & told that they cant hearus. Online attempts are just as frustrating. The order number on our receipt is not recognized. Verizon charged our credit card on the day of the bogus order. We will be canceling the charge & not do business with a company exhibiting such practices.

No help just crap going back to att

If the wind is blowing no tell phone dark zone, I think when are you going to upgrade or what cam you do to help me. This is bull, you know it to what would you do if it was you're phone.

Poor customer service

Upon receiving text from Zachary, we visited store and were told we hadnt arrived within the 5 minute window. I explained we live 2 miles away, didnt help

Billing months after canceling service.

The recording didnt allow for challenging the bill. I finally called a different number and got the bill cancelled.

Would like a contact! So far, none. Still have poor reception. Since I moved to Seal Beach. CA 90740 My phone reception is terrible. I have requested help but no response other than text asking what the problem is. I have explained it several times

My phone has a setting that says i cant make purchases from it. How do i remove that

I was having trouble with settings that I couldn't fix. Rose Ann was the agent who helped me, and she was delightful. It took over an hour to resolve the problem. She never became impatient and ultimately fixed it.

My $100 trade-in credit hey charge whatever they want

They don't solve anything for one thing I outright oaud cash for my phone and I wanted to switch carriers because they charge whatever they want never the same every month.they wouldn't let me switch my own phone so you have to wait until there ready

Phones bought are detected

I have bought 3 Verizon phones from dollar store and they all broke but the one I'm using finally stt working again but it goes off every few hours so I went to return it and they said they said Verizon phones are defective and they can't sell any
