Starting with a new phone , Ben with this company for years go into a store trusting them and get screwed over, and then not able to talk to a person on the phone all computers that can't help with a thing .

I had to try for different times to get through to Verizon as it was,Then to put on hold one time for 27 minutes the other two were 15 and then as soon as we got our calls answered the calls were drop

I am having trouble with service I have only one bar. Running around the house trying to find someplace where I can get service

Transfer phone number to new device

Customer service and I could not reach the owner of the post paid mobile account to transfer the existing prepaid phone number to the post paid device. Chris and Bina both provided excellent customer service! I will be back in touch with Bina. Thank you.

Misleading customer

Verizon charged me with insurance without my consent. When I sign up with Verizon the customer rep ask me if I want to get insurance for my phone I said no but afterwards a friend told me that I have insurance I checked my bill and I found out that I am paying $15 for insurance that I have no knowledge about I have my phone and my wifes phone so $30 for over 12 months that I am paying without my consent. After that I try to used the insurance but because it was not working properly but I have to pay $200 for replacement. I want my money back

Bad costumer service

Bad costumer service is only open and week days and no 24 hour customer service to help us is not make sense

Account was hacked

I am still getting the response from a text message thats being sent out with my cell number attached to it. Its just getting worse, and Im getting threats now..I need to resolve this problem very soon.

Please repair my program

Telephone reception on my phone and my wife’s phone is still poor at times.

After going through all the recommended fixes, our phones still cut in and out .this includes incoming and outgoing calls. The 3 different Verizon associates I worked with to solve the problem were very patient and truly wanted to solve the problem. Unfortunately, we still have the same poor reception. I dont want to change carriers but it looks like thats the only other option.

I need to speak with someone about a billing question I dropped an insurance which was $17 a month also had one phone that was completely paid for they took off $19 and I added a phone that supposedly was four dollars a month and my bill is still the same I would like to know why
