I attempted to port my number over from a different carrier but they were unable to activate my own phone.
For this reason I requested a refund which I was promised 3x and then after so many delays I called and they somehow could not find my account.
It is so difficult to get through to speak to an actual representative (Live Agent).
Verizon may have many towers for their network but customer service is *** 5 months later I still have not received my refund. Though they charged my Debit Card they insist on refunding with a stupid check via postal service.
I have never had so much difficulty getting a stupid $60 refund from any professional business.

Verizon Wireless - Horrible Customer Service!

All I want to do is talk to someone IN THE UNITED STATES! We cancelled our order in April and were then charged over $2,500 for the order due to the new account being flagged by fraud and it being a huge pain for our business to deal with it.

I have now spent over 3 hours trying to get through to someone at Verizon to get refunded for the amount. However, I have been transferred to several different departments where they use automated systems that ask for a phone number IN WHICH WE DON'T HAVE BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. And I keep getting sent back to some call center that is FOR sure not in the US.

I have a personal account with Verizon and am going to cancel it just due to this unreal customer service. Verizon basically stole $2,500 from us and makes it extremely hard to get the money back.

How do these MF'ers stay in business. Fixing to throw everything I have that says Verizon in the Fk'ing trash!!

You can't call their stupid *** customer service from a non Verizon phone number at all.

You get some S O B on the other end when you can call from a Verizon phone number, that can't speak English worth a, *** much less comprehend what you are trying to explain to them.

Get an email that my payment hasn't been received and if payment is received within 48 hours I'll experience service interruption.

Haven't missed a payment in over 10 years and I have to deal with this ignorant ***

Am not going paperless for these idiots and expect them to get that correct.

Changes are fixing to be made!!

Because Im not a customer you say youre closed. And here I had questions of concern that needed to be addressed before changing my service. I guess Ill be rethinking coming back to Verizon ?if thats what you do when some one needs questions answered.

Talked to Verizon Wireless earler today with connectivity issues with MiFi. Resolved. Then tried to use cellphone, no service. Cannot call them back with no service! Used this, per online search (I have internet on desktop, not on phones), and they say I am not a customer.

Never received my refund I called get transferred to a collection department telling me I owe over $3000 get I never had service with Then but 2 weeks! Then I speak with discover whom they took my money from then returned the money they were great at discover with this situation then Verizon wireless just retook more money. I call them they transfer me to a collection Im so confused! NO ONE WILL HELP ME! Need help badly!
