I cannot get any novice CS person to understand the Verizon feature that has been there for 30+ years

Cannot get an answer to a Verizon feature that used to work for the last 30 years! AND I DO NOT WANT TO DO A CHAT, or TEXT MSG, I want a senior tech person that knows what I am taking about. And I don't want to email back and forth either..

Bill higher than other companies

The bill and little offers for seniors personal at stores need more training in products attitudes and promptness need to put instructions inside the boxes of the phones add sitting area because theres always a long wait more explanation on products and less talking among each other less running from customers who look like they really need help

Still think at 77 years old I should have the 55 plus senior discount. I don't think the discount should be limited to Florida.

Loose cable wire

My Cable wire is swinging in the wind also loose cable wire hanging on ground. I called Verizon on 10-26-21 regarding this matter and was told someone would come out between 1-5pm. No one showed and cable is still hanging!

My phone has been hacked several times by ex girlfriend she is able to see my text messages say my contacts I called you last week two hours he reset some passwords and other stuff so he couldnt happen again it happened again last night Im getting ready to transfer my account to AT&T is someone there cannot stop people from accessing my phone this is detrimental to my business and my mental state my number is 281-910-****

International plan

We paid extra for my daughter to be on the international plan for the week she was in Paris / England. The days in Paris the plan was sporadic and didnt really work

Customer NO service

Have spoken with two different people which neither could speak english. Neither could answer simple questions about my phone all of of sudden after a upgrade starting using data uncontrollably. Did the live chat which talking to a computer is one of the dumbest things in the world. It only has a few preprogrammed answers so every question you ask it you get the same IGNORANT answer. I'll try T-mobile on my new phones tommorow.

I traded my phone in to receive a phone for free. I am still getting charged for my new phone and was never credited for my trade in. Was billed $1500 for phones that were supposed to be free. Was also told my service would be around $175. The lowest bill that I have received is $370. Ive spent hours on the phone with representatives for no help. No one can help me in a store because my initial order was placed over the phone. *** you verizon!

Cannot deal with customer service

I want to cancel my service, I am charged for service I did not use. I have tried to contact online service and it is not accessible. You are a fraudulent company that charges customers for nor explanation. I would never recommend this company. This is the worst customer service by a company I have ever experienced.

Poor services

Phone unable to connect to the network and unable to make any calls hours after activation. As well as non existent customer support. Only able to communicate using a lan line. Which doesn't fall within the parameters of Verizon's customer support capabilities.
