Talk about my service

I want to talk to someone about my bill.I want to know the cost I am paying on each line. I am considering cutting one line And cannot determine what the cost is per line. I have tried to find out but I guess I will have to delete it to get someone to answer me.

Billing inquiry

Try to get through to talk to a person I could not they would send me the code via text I would go to the text I would lose the screen so I'd be unable to type it in there for they would not allow me in I am a senior citizen and I am not up on all the stuff like young kids are also I'm calling from my phone so they should damn well know it's me very angry in today's society you cannot talk to a person without jumping through 75 hoops and then chances are you're talking to someone in India that you can understand cuz you're hearing is bad and their accent is bad yes I am very angry

Horrible customer experience

I came as a new customer from ATT. From the moment I signed up I was consistently given misinformation and sent on wild goose chases for a SIM card. Furthermore, when promised compensation for errors by numerous Verizon staff they did not follow through for come close to promises made. I am now in arbitration/lawsuit to get back what was promised to me. Do not ever think of being a customer here. Not worth the aggravation

I have been a Verizon customer probably for 15 years and tried to get better phone rates is never happened I don't use your phone and I have spent an hour and a half trying to disconnect my service an

You refused to disconnect my service! Why is that such a big deal when I have paid my bill in full and I do not want to use Verizon anymore! Your fees are ridiculous

User's recommendation: Don't try to call Verizon because you can't talk to anybody seriously.

Customer Service

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, Verizon charged me for an additional 3 weeks of service since that was the amount of time left in the billing cycle (even though I was no longer using their service). According to their representative they don't prorate so I'm out $167.66. I'd also like to comment on customer service, it is almost impossible to talk with a human being. Their automated system totally sucks and is a waste of time. I will never use Verizon Wireless again!

Can't reach the Executive team without a case number

ShrugTried to escalate, to the executive team, my problem porting my phone number to another carrier. Automated system would not accept call unless I had a case number. Can't get Customer Service to answer the phone to give me a case number. Can't log in because Verizon has closed my accountSad. Can't Port my number because even though 508-277-**** has not been reassigned the system will not let Service obtain a 6 digit Transfer Pin # It's a giant customer merry-go-round at Verizon

File a complaint with the FCC they can't refuse a port request would also file a complaint with the better business bureau there executive relations is 800 779 **** they are just as bad more lip service

Port PIN number & acct number

ShrugI have contacted Verizon service numerous time over the last 3 business days trying to obtain the 6 digit Transfer Pin? so I can switch to a different carrier. The last call was late yesterday when I spent 62 minutes on the line with a Customer Service tech. He could see my number (508-277-****) still on their database unassigned. However he was not able to bring up a computer generated Transfer Pin. I NEED VERIZON SUPERVISOR ASSISTANCE PLEASE.

I want to transfer my phone number to another carrier and I need a 6 digit pin

A merry go round. Transferred to multiple people and can't get an answer. After multiple years with Verizon i need to keep my old phone number 508-277-**** https://www.pissedconsumer.com/themes/pc2/images/emoji/headbang.svg

User's recommendation: If you want flexibility don't use Verizon It's a real shame that their Service groups can't perform at the same level as their phone geographic coverage.

Possible scam.

I have been trying to get ahold of a human being at Verizon for about an hour. This is the worst customer service I know of, computer answers, says doesn't understand request and disconnects. Never had this trouble before, very seriously thinking about switching companys

Poor customer service

Could not get problem resolved on LTE extender. Customer support textting takes 20 minutes for each response Customer support keeps switching techs and still dont have answer Last tech sounded like she was asleep and then call dusconnected. NEVER called back I had to resolve problem by searching tour webpage AWFUL SUPPORT SERVICES!!!
