Change billing address

I have a charge on my credit card, from Verizon wireless. I do not have verizon

I have a 136.90 charge on my Merrick credit card. It is dated Aug 3 2021 The # of the card is 412061****174263 I have been in contact with the bank and the card has been frozen and a new one issued. No good customer support

Made international call by mistake, but you will not delete charges for excellent customers like me who have auto pay set up and home Verizon as well I am changing my carrier

Question about bill

Received my bill,today. There was a note on back of invoice stating that I was subject to cancellation.for being past due. I send payment the day I receive my bill and have never been late! I've been a customer of Verizon for many years and I am really pissed to get a. note like that on my bill!!! Oh,by the way, I just mailed my August bill! Thanks dianecravens68@***.com

8 months and a denial on my trade in. (x2)

purchased 2 iPhones on advertised trade in deals. They have since denied the trade ins that were confirmed by phone. 8 months out. I have spent over 8 hours on chats and phone calls. no follow through. no communication, no integrity.

Sim card

I need a SIM card to activate my verizon service.. I stopped by the local verizon store to pick one up like customer service told me I could and the guy said he couldnt give me one without processing a new order .

Bait and switch

I was told by numerous reps that my account would be fixed to reflect what I was told would be my monthly bill. It was significantly higher than it should have been. It is not fixed nor was there ever any order to fix it. I was lied to repeatedly.

Complaint

Poor service. Put on hold for hours at a time. No customer service if you do get thru. Liars work for them especially at stores as they only want to make a sale.

Bill status

Transferred two phones to Visible to see if we save some money. Our account with our mifi was closed. Called to see if we can maintain our mifi account. Waited 20 minutes on phone to talk to someone. Final bill was discussed and I was able to keep just our mifi. I told tech about the long wait on phone. She gave me a different number to call in the future. Call by far was successful Well see how Visible works out. Thats another story.
