I need to get registered

I got my new phone today and downloaded all my information from my iPhone pro and everything looked good after I waited an hour to make sure everything was okay. But I couldnt sign in , or call my contacts it just kept Ed saying my new phone wasnt registered !!!!!!! I called VERIZON 3 times and got put on hold 3 times I held on for 10-15 minutes each time but never got any support to help me !! So I have a new phone and cant call or text anyone and I am pissed off , BENNY TAYLOR

Unable to acesss forgort passwords for billing and pin #

I have a cell phone and called customer service and unable to assist as forgot my passwords for account and billing information. I send a link to chat and nothing resolved. My only complaint is the title of your customer service, Pissed Customer. I think its inappropriate and unprofessional language. It is also poor modeling to younger customers to think thats okay language to express a concern. Most customers are probably not angry but merely, concerned. Fraudulent calls

Verizon Wireless - Fraudulent calls
Problems with security, fraud, suspicious infiltrations into phone and bank account and improper billing, allowed by Verizon wireless, and after numerous attempt to report security issues I got stuck with useless iPhone 8, 2018, no response, resolution, just a $528 Bill now in collections

Can‘t reach a live person

My mother has died and I cannot reach a live person to check on cancelling her account. I just got a statement she paid again after she died and I really need to follow this up. There ought to be a way to reach someone to report a death! Ive wasted a lot of time trying everything I know to get through.

Unable to log in

Login is constantly rejected saying my info is wrong...it isn't. Told to register. Trying to register I'm told an account already exists Can't speak to a live person...ever Can't register iphone

Screen protector delaminatiom

On 3/10/21 I upgraded to an iPhone SE and bought a screen protector for $49.99, which was installed at the Verizon store. Two weeks later, the bottom right corner of the screen had delaminated. The store wouldnt replace the screen protector, but offered to give me one that I could replace myself. I called Customer Service and was told that the Stores decision was final. Thats just plain cheap. I expect better from Verizon.

User's recommendation: Ask about warranty for screen protector replacement.

Verizon Jetpack Roaming

For the 2nd consecutive day my Jetpack has been in a Roaming mode. I called VCS and after a reasonable hold time the technician walked me thru a few steps and he determined that my SIM card needed replacing. He was polite and patient. I'll drive to my nearest Verizon store (about 35 miles) to get my new SIM card.

User's recommendation: Verizon is the best wireless I've ever had but if you're not tech savvy or if you are having to message from your phone it is very difficult. I prefer to talk to a human which sometimes seems a bridge too far.
