I can’t get Verizon to quit billing me for 20 months after I cancelled my servic

I cancelled my service with Verizon in January, 2021. They keep billing me for some equipment maintenance agreement which I never asked for and I have talked with 4 people who said they would stop the billing and it keeps coming!! Now I cant get a live person in the phone. I am so pissed!

Poor cellular service poor customer service

I explained that my home and my neighborhood are experiencing no cellular data. Our connection for voice call are fine with no dropped calls but if I/we try to use our browser we get a 1x connection. We were getting 4g LTE and everything worked fine up to 30 days ago....

All 4 of my phones are junk and I have tried canceling service for 2 months.

I got 4 *** phones and I have tried canceling service for going on 2 months now, the first of which was within the 30 days. Three times I tried!! No luck at NOTHING!!! You guys ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY and I will NEVER refer ANYONE to you anymore. I want this resolved SOON or youll be talking to my lawyers about it.

Updates interrupted normal access

An update was issued approx 4 days ago. My device has not worked normally since that time. It reboots at anytime, and this may take up to an hour each time. I'm certainly missing calls.

I need help activating my phone

I got a new phone and am trying to activate it. although I am able to send iMessages I am unable to make or receive calls. I forgot my login information and then I try to click the forgot my info button it did not recognize the phone number.

I want to desconect my service

I have switched carriers and have been trying since last week to confirm that service has been discontinued and to get the amount of my final bill. I have spent hours on hold.

Eric, at Verizon 2501 W Happy Valley Rd Phx AZ - Called me a liar

I purchased a wireless charger on Sept 24, 2021, it did not work, of course I wanted to return it. After waiting over an hour to return the product, Eric called me a Lair, stating I did not purchase the item from Verizon. After trying to get Eric to accept the return, he stated he would not take it back. I had to go get my statement from my charge card company to prove to him that I indeed purchased the product from them and on what date it was purchased. This took approximately another 30 minutes out of my day to try and get a credit. He finally agreed to let me return the product, however he would not credit my credit card. Instead he insisted that he could only issue credit on my bosses Verizon account, even though I clearly showed him I purchased the item on my personal credit card. So now I am out of the $54.29, for something that did not work. Maybe it will be issued to my bosses business account, however I am not holding my breath. If the Manager Eric, does not know how to do a simple return and credit the account in which the item was paid for then, maybe they should get a manager that has a bit more intelligence. At this point I will do everything I can to try and convince my boss to change all his business and personal accounts to another provider. Eric was rude, nasty, and above all called me a liar. For a customer service person he is the worst I have ever had to deal with. His arrogance is also very hard to take. He also raised his voice to me, and would not listen to what I was trying to explain to him. I am in the customer service/sales industry on a much larger scale, and if anyone ever treated one of our distributors or customer as Eric did me he would be fired.
