Very poor customer service

It is very upsetting to be mislead. I been with ATT for sometime on my phone. I retired a.d wanted to get on my wife's plan and add my grandson. When I purchased my phone I was told it had a 300 dollar discount. I paid the amount in full and said I would be back Friday to purchase a cheaper phone that also had the 300 dollar discount. I went back Friday to purchase the phone and was told the discount ended today. I could not get the discount. I asked why wasn't told this just 2 days ago. Then he said it isn't a 300 dollar discount. I said this is what I was told

Because my voicemail is coming up as a Hospital number

Had to have my phone reset to defaults. How a major company could make a mistake and place the voicemail of a large corporation on a personal phone Im not sure. However, it was repaired and all is well. Thank you to whoever it was who assisted yesterday.

A promise to pay was made two days before that day my service was shut off now I am unable to even call star 611 to address the issue with them and to T-Mobile I go

Can't get my email anymore.

I couldnt receive new emails, nor send any in both my accounts for 2 days. The apple trouble shooter told me to call Verizon myself, because Verizon was not respond to their calls. I did, but they directed me to someone, who was supposed to help me figure out how to fix the problem, but it wasnt fixed. My son and son in law fixed the problem eventually.

Their billing ethics

For years we have received a bill with details and now they want to charge us for those details. They say it's to save on paper. I say no it's not because what they did is made that page blank and sent it to us. They are continuingly squeezing money out of people. They want us to pay for what we use to get. Shame on them! We won't pay!

Disconnected service, keep getting billed 5 months later

I terminated service with Verizon on March 17, 2021 I followed all the procedures they asked me too only to find out later that they only canceled one of the two lines I had on my account. I contacted their financial services department and worked out an agreement with them I paid a small outstanding balance and a balance on the device I had purchased. I have continued receiving monthly bills since April 2021 I have contacted them several times to dispute these bills I keep getting the runaround they either conveniently drop my call or they transfer me

User's recommendation: Be very diligent about your recordkeeping if and when you decide to terminate your service with Verizon do not be surprised If you continue to receive a bill even after your contract terminates.

Letters and numbers sticking, not receiving emails

Your company seems to be only interested in sales and not service! Your rep did not even try to address my problem which turned out to be a dirty screen causing letters and numbers to stick. Thanks to my daughter for figuring it out!

I want my old cellphone number of (318)423-**** account of $19 transferred to my new cell phone number account of (318)349-**** and i want to add $50 to my new cell phone number (318)349-**** and my Verizon wireless reload card pin number is 998. 375. 0921 my family Dollar Verizon wireless reload card is from $10 - $100 and i can use it to reload money on to pay my cellphone bill because i am waiting on my new credit card to come in the mail and thanks

Having issues trying to unlock my phone

I dialed Verizon on two different phones put them both on speaker was on hold over 40 min before one was answered. The agent was unable to help so I was given a number to a " direct line" to the department who was supposed to be able to help me and told I would not have to wait again was on hold over 30 minutes. Was offered to be shipped a free replacement sim card but they had the wrong address on file she was unable to change it to my correct address so couldn't ship me the sim card card card

User's recommendation: Very unhappy my problem was not resolved and remains that way.

Keep current phone number with new device

Yes. When you are a new customer and unable to use the my att app, there should be an option to be connected with customer service instead of hearing "I can't find that phone number and saying if your account is 60 days past due to go to your att store" and then hanging up. I was so frustrated to say the least. My att app had crashed, which I sent the report back, and unable to activate my phone. After 3 days of that, the app finally was working and I was able to activate my phone. So, your automated should always give a person the opportunity speak with a Rep. Thank you.

I set up my automatic payment last month to pay my bill this month on AUGUST 16 2021 It did NOT take my payment but its been harassing me on text that Im late ( Im so incompetent) Its not its you! I worked with a representative last month about this and about the month before billing problems. My credit card told me no charge came in. What is going on?

Charged for wrong phone

Charged for Service I never used. I was in Laredo tx at a ta truck stop , I couldn't get a phone at the time so he said I could just keep my phone and switch over. I never put sim card in and activate it. But 2 months later I got approved for note ten with I still pay for. They also s as I'd I have a pending past due bill in collection and I cant add Service to my existing account
