Customer service

Today we purchased a new phone my husband's old phone turned off and cannot be turned back on. We could not access his google account to get his important phone numbers we were transferred to, Alex agent id 260****, and he tried all kinds of ways for us to access our account and was so very patient with us! He went above and beyond to help us I wish we could always have his help! Thank you Alex!

As well as ordering two new phones and Verizon able to process payment on 1 but not the other with same information

Insanely lacking common sense

My bill paid by my checking account number BUT wrong routing number. They offered to REFUND AND REBILL AFTER I GAVE CORRECT Information. And they did not understand that they would be refunding money to me that they never received from me. And then rebilling it to me. Which would be great if I didnt give a crap about whoever is that they charged my phone bill to in the first place. And theyll eventually charge me again anyway. I went through four different departments to be sent back to the first department that answered my call. I think I had better luck with the automated service when it came to comprehension. Company founded in 2000 I have been a customer since 2002. Thanks for your service!!!! Idiots
