Upgrade Fee

I have been a verizon cust for 18yrs but I am going to cancel my service over a 35 upgrade fee and I cant believe verizon would let me leave over 35.00 I have three lines with and one of my phones is not working the will not let me by a replacement with out paying the upgrade fee you would think the would want to keep me as a cust but I guess not

Verizon has the worst customer service and you can never get a live person if you can run away from them as fast as possible

Failure to honor warrantee

Verizon Wireless - Failure to honor warrantee
DO NOT buy phones through VERIZON if you use pre-paid monthly service. They will only deal with warrantee if you have a service contract even if they sell you the phone. Total total run around from both companies, Apple and Verizon. Bought phone through Verizon to try to avoid being stuck in the middle. SOL. A $30 flip phone from another company works better than a $700 iPhone on Verizon. Their solution. Stay at home and use wi-fi calling. ...rip off. I pay for CELL service. I have a land line

Service dropping calls and slowing down

6 lines slow down disconnecting. Been with verizon for years. I have 3 lines in am going to be diconecting. Can not even hold a phone conversation. It disconnects constantly. My aunt passed away and it had to call my cousin 5 times with 4 bars. She was one a land line i just think verizon is over priced highway robbers. Aft 10 years when all is paid off. I will be diconecting all lines. Until then I have to deal with a 380 cop at phone bill a month.

Did not receive rebates as promised at time of sale

The nonarrival of rebates from a purchase of 3 phones and a watch in December 2020. The lack of managerial response and professionalism Go go BBuyer in a Verizon store in Dubuque, IA. Losing service on 3 phones because I had not paid my bill even though I had paid it.

My bill

I called them to ask about my phone bill being to high and live o ona fixed income for the past 2 months my bill has been to high also had other charges that I didn't order ,they told would give me credit on .my bill and someone would call me or email me back with in 24 hrs this has happen 2 times already last month and this month, still no word from anyone

Customer service number

I've been trying to get a hold of customer service since yesterday afternoon to see about getting my prepaid phone unlocked. I can't dial 611 from the phone since it the only thing it shows is that it's locked. Second of all the customer service number phone number 188*-***-**** basically tells me I'm not a current customer and to dial 611.

My verizon phone that is a prepaid to get unlocked.

Poor internet service, even worse customer service.

I live in Florida and a few years ago signed up for the 55 plan for seniors. It was great until a couple months ago. Now, the internet speeds are below 1.0 during the day. Verizon always says its tower congestion, BUT I can get better signal if I pay more for a better plan. It worked fine for 5 years. Now they want more money. I call it what it is...extortion.

User's recommendation: Unless your willing to pay whatever they want, dont get Verizon. The price will keep going up, and the service will keep going down.

Complaint

I moved from Verizon and there is an outstanding balance of 0.16 and I AM NOT able to pay even with my credit card. Worst of all is that Verizon is sending me mail about my outstanding balance. I went to a Verizon customer service and I was not able to pay.

Billing is wrong

I had changed my amount I pay in February, I was confirmed that my new price would be $129.00. My amount went back To old price of $158.00 for february, March and april. After finally getting to customer service, they would not put my new price in, even when I was assured that the new price would be $129.00. This price is for February, April and I see May. If this keeps up, I will stop automatic payment, so I can control what I was promised. Need this straightened out. We took every discount we could, due to being a senior and veteran. Dot cunningham .

Phone reset

ok verizon reset my phone , bc of settings, and i dont no the pin.... now i cant even make a call. i need assistance, i have called over and over and problem still not fixed...i am highly pissed off, og havin to go thru all this trouble.... maybe in the near future u might set up a program for these problems that are easy to navigate. plz help!! ty!!

They wouldn't let me talk to anybody because I'm not a Verizon customer it's kind of hard to open up an account when they won't talk to you
