Sucks

Verizon service drops signal and if you try to call customer service you wait forever and still Verizon can find away to mess that up to.

Store was closed

Charged restocking fee for a phone that didn't work

bought a new phone returned it within one or two weeks on a commercial account and was charged a restocking fee on a phone that didn't work nokia that was pushed that i think was a promotion. I did buy a new phone that I was happy with. Take off the restocking fee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To disconnect

It took me two hours to finally get to a REAL human being to disconnect the service to my iPad.. When I tried to call using your service, I got a message saying Verizon would not accept phone calls from your service. Thanks for what you do Verizon makes it very difficult to speak to real humans unless you are wanting to buy one of their services. All the REAL people I spoke with were very helpful, but it took a LONG time to get to these people. I feel sorry for them having to work for this company.
