I cannot get through to speak with customer service. I want to inquire about FIOS service availability.

I'm not a Verizon customer, but I'm considering becoming one. Since I'm not a current customer I can't get through to speak to someone.

Phone line

Unable to reach customer service regarding my existing phone linea. Requested a phonr call but no one called back after remaining on the phone line for over 1 hr and 22 mins. Horrible service.

Too many texts

First I read on the web if you're getting too many text messages to call your carrier. I called the carrier and I was placed on number 31. I used the app on my phone and that one directed me to a call back page. That page does not function. I called Verizon and they put me on number 28. This is not very good business

Agent Barkha

I spoke with this agent from my landline. I had a difficult time understanding her; and she is not a good listener. She repeated herself on information that I already knew and did not ask her for. She insisted that I call customer support as oppose to connecting me herself so that I can schedule a call back...She was frustrating and annoying! Please retrain her. She spoke over me as if she knew what I was going to say; which by the way she was WRONG... Please, please she needs more training so please make sure that she gets that!L

User's recommendation: Lots and lots more training on how to listen before talking and giving suggestions on info that was not needed nor requested! for asked of nor needed!

I got an email stating I changed my email address. I did not ask for a change

I been trying to call since I got the email. I have not tried to change my email. I need to speak to someone in regards to this issue.
