To pay a bill

I spoke with two different agents they both told me they had set my account to auto pay.Seems like my auto pay isn't working.I tried to set up auto pay but did not have any luck.Please help

This was definitely not helpful. I couldn't even get a love agent after the fact I kept trying to via the 800 number and this piece of crap service. I ended up (luckily) getting to a store to actually get the *** done. I wish I could leave emojis of the middle finger I'm holding up to this request for review! The *** audacity, as if you helped do something. Yall know this some bs!

Need to talk to someone

Need technician to come sooner than 05-17-21 I need the faster internet for work or study before the date that's given to me.

Customer service/Billing

My mother passed away on 11/29/20, I informed Verizon to cancel her phone service on 11/30/20. Bill was paid in full on 12/11/20, I continue to receive monthly invoices each month, I have called customer service 12 times, each time they say that this issue has been taken care of...now I got a collection letter. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!

Manage my bill

Ordered phone - returned next day still has not cleared warehouse , now my account is locked I cant re- register my account, my paperless bill has been changed back to paper snail mail documents. ONE GREAT THING I GOT THE PHONE MY SISTER WANTED TODAY NOT MOMDAY, but cant activate because the account is locked says my phone # does not belong to my account LOLLOLLOL

Dont remember login and phobe number doesn't work

I tried too get in my voice mails but it wasn't working. Tried too get in my Verizon but it wouldn't let me get in so I *** around trying too live chat and that was a *** nightmare . I couldn't even talk too someone on the phone cuz it was ***

Talk to representative

The person didn't have a clue how to help or understand what I was talking about. His English was so broken I barely made sense out of him. All he said was um um I don't know how to help.

Phone Trade In

I traded in my son's UNDAMAGED phone for a promotion for 699.99. The company that receives the traded in phones in Fort Worth Texas said the phone had physical damage... A lie Verizon decided to give me a measly 25.00 trade in value...There is no recourse they get your phone...you can't get it back and if they say it's damaged... it's damaged...photos nothing matters . Verizon is untrustworthy when it comes to this . Buyers need to beware don't trust them for what they charge this is unacceptable!

Even more pissed want to talk to someone at berizon

Just trying to find out why my bill varies so much from month to month. Not talking about cents, talking about $. Should be a simple thing to ask of Verizon.

Cannot get to a customer service that's in English? I don't get it? Customer service please call me Michael Cordes 503-969-**** thanks

Use our main language in I'm trying to contact a customer service agent since yesterday about 3. Every time I called any number associated for Verizon Wireless customer service it would start by talking in Spanish without any way of changing to English and couldn't understand. Try to email something emailed three or four different departments trying to complain about don't know if they went through call this morning same thing Spanish even once started out in English when it offered the option of Spanish it just continued and it's so something's really screwed up that you have as information for the internet my name is Michael Cordes my phone number is 503-969-**** please have somebody in customer service call me I'm tired of trying to get a contact with you! Turn in phone

They told me that they would give me a $500 dollar credit towards a iPhone 12 max pro. I never got a box and have been traveling around for work Jamaica and back for a solar job so I haven't been here. Then I called and asked if I could just drop it off at a Verizon store, since our mail sucks since Trump closed a bunch of sort systems. They said yes, but now I am only getting a credit of $300. I would sell my old phone one bay for$400 its 254 mg. I am canceling my service and keeping a phone that I cant afford due to being laid off due to covid. I finally got my Moderna shots and feel free to look for work but they totally screwed me over.

User's recommendation: Verizon has the best tower service. If they offer you an early trade in tell them you will trade it in at the store. Do NOT use their mailing service. Make sure you go to an authorized dealer. ATT and TMobile/ Sprint both suck.

I hope no one has to go what I have gone through.

I closed my Verizon account 6 months ago. Every month I still get a bill. Since I no longer have a Verizon account no one can ever help me. Every month I go through a series of people usually 7 or 8 before I can get ahold of someone who can access my account to tell me they don't know why I keep getting bills from Verizon, and they will make the correction. Every time the process is 1.5-2 hours. If all your ducks are in a row, I'm sure the $20 a day people in India can help you with your account, but if there is anything out of the ordinary, they are clueless and helpless. I am beyond frustrated.
